Tech was very prompt. He called when he was on his way. He was very courteous and quickly went to work and fixed my washer. I would definitely reccomend Mr. Appliance to people who need a good repairman.

Very friendly set up/ repairman was polite and very professional. Had a part on hand (luckily) and repair was fast and neat. Hard to beat awesome service like this!

Andrew was wonderful. He did a great job. He arrived earlier than appointment time (which was totally OK with me!). Swiftly fixed my problem and went on his way. Definitely would call this company again if needed.

Great communication and they were able to diagnose the issue and repair my dishwasher fast! The technician Christian was on time, polite and got the job done. He even wore shoe covers and bought his own door mat!
Will call them first if needed in the future.

Christian was very personable, professional and thorough. He was not afraid to seek advice from his colleagues when he encountered difficulties in getting into the workings of our washer/dryer combo. He even arranged to return the following day with another service technician should he have not been able to diagnose and repair our unit. He was determined to find the problem with our unit.
My wife and I can heartily recommend Mr. Appliance.
