I called and within 2 hrs the remains of my old refrigerator were gone! That is hard to imagine, you know, maybe a day or so later? But 2 hrs! Polite, efficient crew and fair prices. If I didn’t like the price I could say no thanks and they would have left. Thanks for the service!
I called 1-800-got-junk to come give a quote on clearing out a house I inherited. Two men showed up, one of them being very unprofessional and asking where I live. They made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. They proceeded to tell me that it would be a difficult job and would take 1 and 1/2 truck loads for over $900. I thought this was absurd, because we'd already cleared out the majority of the house. I called another junk removal service, and hired them for $400 less.

We scheduled the day before which was convenient. Our appointment was at 9 AM. They called at 8:47 and said that their truck was full and they could not come today. This is disrespectful to me, especially this early?! Drop your stuff off and honor your appointments! They did offer some times tomorrow but I work at 9 to 5. If you are in a time crunch, this place is not to be trusted

I called the number and set up the reservation. Brad showed up promptly at 730. He was polite and professional. I showed him what I had. He explained the cost. 15 minutes later he swiped my card and was on his way to his next stop. I could not be happier.

The two guys who came out to clear out our garage/shop were GREAT, They were on time, courteous, efficient, hared workers. Moved everything as we directed and even cleaned up the floors after. Price was reasonable, cheaper than us renting a dumpster and doing it ourselves!!!! We'd use them again and already referred them to our neighbor!

My neighbor used 1-800-got-junk and had a good experience so I thought I’d give them a try. I finally took time to clean out the garage. Years of stuff had somehow managed to pile up and I dreaded trying to get anything out of there. I went online, scheduled a day and time for pick up and got to work.
I received a call when they were on the way. There were three of them and two trucks. Very nice individuals, each one at one point asked me how my day had been. While keeping distance due to Covid. All my stuff was outside so that helped.
They worked hard to get everything in one truck and was able to do so. I was pleased with the job they did and the price. I paid for a full truck and it really was a full truck. I was surprised they managed to get all that into one truck. Appreciate all three of them, I appreciate this service and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
