They have the most beautiful styles of tile and flooring! Wonderful to work with! Did a fantastic job and are reasonable priced! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
I read a story online that the owner helped a mother and children with a flat tire on the side of the road and made sure they were safe. It touched my heart. God is so good. Please shop here! Below is what she said. I included the picture she shared too.
"Please delete if not allowed but I just would like to send a praise for this guy here. God still have his angels here on Earth. His name is Rob and last night I had a blowout on Walton in front of his store with my girls in the car. He jokingly said, “You can’t park here.” ? He got out of his truck and helped me. He even gave my girls and I a ride home since it was so late and made time out of his day today to make sure my tires got replaced. A total stranger. I literally cried in the car, so if you ever need some carpet or tile PLEASE do me a favor and shop with Benton House Carpet and Tile ?

In this day and age it is rare to find a business that is not so focused on making money that they forget about kindness and decency, but I am here to say Benton House Carpets & Tile is one. Mark was so helpful today! Highly recommend this store !!!

Mark Gilliam helped us out It was close to 2pm on Saturday, we needed a carpet piece. Not a big sale,, but he was willing to stay to make sure we made it to the store before closing up and was so polite and helpful. Good old customer service! We bought our wood floors from Benton House years ago and when we are in need of more flooring, this is the place for us! Thank you Mark!

I would truly give negative stars if I could. Where do I start. Do I start where the work was terrible at best. Or do I start with their employees threw a large party at our investment property? They knew I was out of town and the only person in town was my wife with our small children. The only way we found out was thankfully the neighbors had the cops come? Or do I start with that they came back the next night and broke a window to gain access to the property again? Causing over $4000 worth of damage to bathrooms, sheet rock, flooring, and busted bottles and trash everywhere. This time I filed a police report and filed a complaint with the state Attorney General. Since the company used an "Independent Contractor" to do the installation they had no liability! EVEN THOUGH I HAD TEXTS AND VOICEMAILS SAYING THAT THERE PERSONNEL DID THIS FROM THE MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY! ON TOP OF THAT NOW THEY ARE THREATING TO PLACE A LIEN IF I DONT PAY THE OTHER $3000.00 for the installation!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Going to file a lawsuit with my attorney as I type this. They could have admitted that they made a mistake allowing employees to do this, figured out a plan to make amends and moved on with business. But thats sadly not the case. I will update when I get all the paperwork back and what the courts say!
