I called Casey's for assistance with an interior bathroom door that we needed help unlocking. Upon answering the phone and explaining our situation the man on the other end treated me as if I just ruined his day by trying to give him business. He had utter disinterest in taking the call, nor helping, then proceeded to hang up. I was shocked. Don't waste your time with this business. There are plenty of other good locksmiths in this area that are actually customer centric and interested in earning your business.

Some things I have witnessed, lying to the customer about the job, when someone will show up, how busy the company is, mainly because he doesn't want to deal with you or you have said something that has upset him.. I've witnessed them mess up jobs, peoples property, locks, car keys and more, they then blame the customer, or make some excuses why this happened instead of admitting fault.. I've watched them blow up on customers, yelling and screaming at them all because they were and inconvenience to whatever was being done at the time.. This is not a Christian company, this is not your local friendly locksmith, it's a con plain and simple, there are at least 4 other people in NWA who are cheaper, smarter and who will not lie to you.. The shop is not busy, they have no had 100 people call, and the knowledge around is thin at best.. If you park in the wrong area you will be yelled at, if you insult his low intelligent you will again be yelled at.. Please save yourself the time and hassle and give your business to anyone else.. Know this, I'm a disgruntled employee, I won't however say whatever I want to make the rest look bad, they do that all on their own, just look at the reviews on multiple platforms and even look at his replies to customer reviews. Everything is true, you believe it or not is for you to decide, we've watched him yell at his own father because he was upset at some customer, treat people like garbage, But if you hire him you better watch and make sure it's done correctly, make sure the holes were drilled properly, make sure it was keyed and pinned properly, make sure whatever he's selling you isn't junk and that you keep your records because they don't. It really is sad to see, his parents built that company and he's destroyed what real reputation it once held, my downfall was wanting employees to work as hard as I did, to make sure invoices went out, and jobs were done timely. Having working systems, and having him tell me that a new printer or card reader doesn't affect him doing his job when he barely does that. How come the new kid beat you in sales last year as you were never working and always just hiding in your office ?? ??? I never said I wanted it back, but I also never said i quit ??? so your gonna have to just grow up and fire me.. Sorry bud I don't wish you anything good ??♂️

I'm a out of state car dealer, sold a vehicle to a individual from there area. Our business has been in operation for over 50 years and the sarcastic person I spoke to was ridiculous. Sent my customer to another place that treated us professionally. I recommend everyone do the same.
