Warranty services sent out plumber to fix two leaking gaskets in a bathroom sink. He comes in and collets $85 fee from home warranty and doesn’t fix anything and blames it on a pressure release valve. Tells my wife he is going to try to get the home warranty to pay for the pressure release valve. We have no others issues at the house. He calls us back with a $550 estimate for replace the gaskets on two leaky sink handles. He refuses to fix just th valves. He took out $85 fee and bailed. I had another plumber come fix the valves in less than 30 minutes and all is good. Watch out for this guy! Either grossly incompetent of takes advantage of home warranty and their customers.

I have nothing but good to say about y the plumbers! But I would like an itemized statement on what they charged me .$500 for in addition to the $100 service fee. My warranty covered the hot water heater.

We had the pleasure of working with Mike, who came out and diagnosed our problem within minutes, got our part ordered, and then came back as soon as the part was delivered to install it! The whole process was done within 15-20 minutes! This is after our last contractor, Minton Plumbing, came out and was trying to charge us an additional $500 for "Not Covered" expenses! 100% would recommend giving All Drains a call to get you taken care of - honest company and truly cares for their customers! Great customer service throughout!

I was very pleased with Ben of All Drains 70 Plumbing. He took out old water heater, took it back to Home Depot, and exchanged it for new one, and installed new one at a very affordable price. Highly recommend this company. And Angela, with All Drains was a very big help to me. She helped me with getting a new one from my warranty. Great company.
