We have purchased and had installed 2 above ground pools from Lindsey's in the last 16 years - we love their products and excellent service (Cari and her team are awesome) -our 2nd pool was actually an upgrade, and they removed our old 1st pool and installed, pool-creted, and hard plumbed (making it easy to drain and filter) our new pool; and they also made the pool deeper. Our chemical maintenance costs are very reasonable, and the pool (18' round) is easy to maintain water cleanliness and level efficiently at low cost. The small footprint also allowed us to retain most of our backyard to enjoy. Since we installed a pool heater, we have been able to extend our annual pool season from mid-April to mid-October - and the grandkids absolutely live in it during pool season. It has truly been our private slice of paradise. (PS they also recommended the deck builder) We are very happy Lindsey clients :)
Lindsey's is a terrific place to get water tested and purchase your chemicals. I highly recommend them!

Not very good at cleaning a pool. They got it slightly better after 6 visits and paying $1200 but was still dirty and cloudy and unswimmable. Kept saying that it was "too cloudy" to vacuum the deep end so they would come by and throw some chemicals in and charge us for the full visit when barely doing anything (were at the house 15 minutes but charged for a full hour). When they did vacuum the shallow end they dumped all the leaves and dirt into our flower beds. Then they tried to say we needed a sand change in our filter and quoted us another $700 to do that because "the filter wasn't working right". We spent 2 weeks cleaning it ourselves after we got home from being out of state and it is now crystal clear even though apparently our filter is not working properly. They will try to get as much money from you as possible. You're much better off going somewhere else or cleaning it yourself if you have the time. Would not recommend.

They just replaced my pool liner. They did a great job. Craftsmanship was excellent. They fixed a leak so I am not constantly having to refill the pool. Started job on Monday afternoon draining, and new liner was in and pool filling on Thursday.

These people are extremely friendly and helpful. I am still a fairly "green" pool owner so I had tons of questions and the entire staff seemed to want to help. In a world where most retail places try hard to ignore you, the staff here really went out of their way show good customer service. I would also recommend people price quote here against the Home Depot, I bought sand for much cheaper here.

Lindsey’s was the only place in central Arkansas that would quote and install my 24 foot round pool. You cannot beat the price as well as the service after the sale. I know it’s getting cold here in Arkansas but now is the time to lock in fall/winter prices and get set up for an install so you can have a pool (like mine) to swim in next summer.
