We had a bit of a problem with the sealant 7-8 months after installation. They sent a team within a couple of weeks and within 10 minutes it looks great again. Thank you.
They did a fantastic job at helping us pick out the right countertop, and we're very patient as we walked through their many options to choose from. Morgan was great in corresponding with us to keep us informed of the process and answering all of our questions. We would definitely recommend.

Very professional and patient. Construction was delayed and counterworld worked with us. Measurements were precise. The lady that worked with us was very customer service oriented.

CW installed new countertops for two large bathroom vanities. I was pleasantly surprised with the price, and then the time from making the selection to the actual installation was very good just over a week. The crew did an excellent job with the installation.

I have used David and countertop world for four houses now and I couldn't be happier! They have the best selection of slabs in Arkansas and the prices are great too. We hired them for our first house because they were referred to me by someone else. And I have referred many people to them with good results as well. If you have any problems working with them, well you are probably the problem!

Countertop world did my 10-foot marble waterfall island two years ago. This year, one of the sides fell off because they had cut it and installed it incorrectly. After much arm-twisting and chasing them around on the phone, CW finally picked it up to be re-cut. When they came back to install it, it was a horrible mess. The waterfall edges were all epoxy/glue/marble fragments, there were cracks in the marble, and it was completely unacceptable. David, the owner of CW, was unwilling to take responsibility for the mess and essentially told my contractor to F-off. So now, $10,000 later (we tore out the original $5k marble and got it completely redone), I have a new marble waterfall, which is flawless, from another place in town. Don’t waste your money with this unprofessional business unless you want to pay for something twice!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Countertop World! We ordered quite a bit of lightly veined quartz and the product and workmanship is beautiful. They were very quick, efficient, and the customer service was excellent. Five stars!

Beautiful job! They were very easy to deal with. Courtney answered all my questions many times and was very patient in helping me find just what I wanted. They were much faster and more cost effective than many other places we talked to. Very happy with the results.

We updated our bathroom and Countertop World did the granite. We chose the Black Pearl in the leather finish. Wow. It turned out even better than we expected. We have received many compliments on the finished product. Excellent customer service and prices that beat all the competition in the area. We also had a small job for a piece of granite for a small table. Again, they surpassed all expectations. Before you make a final selection for your next project do yourself a favor and give these guys a chance. You won't be disappointed. Great people, Great prices, and Great workmanship. I'll never shop anywhere else.
