Scheduled and paid for an appointment to provide an estimate. Took off work to be home for appointment. No call, no show. When contacted, manager CB stated the office staff had called my cell to reschedule but did not leave a message. Hmm. Had my email address, had my credit card number, had my cell number, and no voicemail left, or text, or email. You decide. Waiting for my estimate refund.
Bill's Fence Company do excellent work for a fair price. My dad wanted a fence for a companion dog after my mom passed away and Bill's got right on the job for him. Very nice people. Very professional. Good quality. Fair price.

*Edited to provide context after the owner’s original response*
In just 28 linear feet, their workers (knowing that the fence was essentially against a landscaping bed with irrigation), took absolutely no effort (with hand tools mind you) to avoid any of the possible irrigation lines. Rather, it seems they took great pride in severing the flex tubing in 4 places, disposed of an existing riser sprinkler head that was attached to one of those breaks, cracked a main PVC line, and then to top it all off, cut through the all of the main irrigation control wires for the entire system surrounding the house (and of course during one of the hottest periods of the summer). Required a $550 payment for irrigation company to fix everything. And while I understand the contract waives them of their legal responsibilities, there exists a moral obligation when the disregard for property is so excessive in such a small, limited run of fencing. When I calmly asked about any “meet in the middle” discussions regarding the repairs, I was quickly told by the office sales rep it wasn’t their problem… “why would they even want to discuss that with us.”Understood. I’ve paid your invoice in full (invoice #11556 if you need to confirm validity of the work and our contemporaneous complaints).
I may have gotten a fence, but you lost my recommendation to everyone who will listen.

I would highly recommend. Chris Brown and his people care about their customers and do great work.

Stated it would only be two weeks or so and it was closer to two months. Then once fence was finally installed the workers left the fence ties and trash in our yard, with no gate installed for several days.
