Amazing service and competitive pricing! They didn't make me buy the whole slab of granite, only what I needed for my project. The entire staff was friendly and seemed just as excited about my project as I was! I've since gone to them for two other smaller projects and received the same great service! Can't say enough wonderful things about this company!

Linco was awesome to work with and they did a beautiful job on our countertops. From the beginning process of choosing a countertop in the store, to the installation, everyone was so kind, professional, and communicated well with us. They answered all our questions! We highly recommend this company!

We came here with the intent to upgrade our kitchen. The sales lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took our info and said a quote could be worked up. Two weeks later and not a.peep from them. Guess they don't need the business? Good luck to them.

Cannot say enough great things about this company! From start to finish they were amazing and so accommodating! They did an amazing job and not to mention the most honest people we dealt with when building our house. Somehow we overpaid them and they immediately called to tell me so they cut us a check on the spot for the amount overpaid! Wow just wow. I am trying to figure out how to post pics of the kitchen!

We had Linco put in some countertops back in March (2022). We couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. They are up-front, honest and on-time with their schedule. They also do a fantastic job installing the countertops and are absolute professionals. In our case there was a small mistake with the faucet hole location in the bathroom countertop...they corrected it immediately with no fuss (entire new countertop).
We were recommended Linco by some friends of ours and we couldn't be happier with the job they did and would recommend them to anyone!

My parents are so happy with their new countertops! The friendly staff at Linco made the entire process from choosing countertops, sinks, and backsplash all the way to today's install super easy and enjoyable. They had to wait a little longer than they really wanted for the install, but other than that, there are no complaints. The staff at their office/warehouse is friendly and helpful. The install guys that came were efficient and professional. My parents are very satisfied with the product AND the service they received.

Extremely pleased with our new countertops and backsplash! Linco was patient with us as we shopped all around for exactly the right stone (Nacarado quartzite) and provided guidance for considering each.
The installation crew came in and set to work. Impressive to see how well coordinated they were, each knowing his next step and getting on with it. By mid afternoon it was installed, sealed and all packaging, etc hauled away.
Ryan, the backsplash professional, was also a delight. Despite some challenging cuts, he made it all appear seamless. It took a few trips to allow things to set before grouting and sealing, and the end result is perfect. Far better than i ever expected and--in the interest of full disclosure--i was licensed as a kitchen/bath contractor for years.
In summary, if you want it done right, done exactly as you want it, and by a very personable group of professionals, LINCO IS IT! Great bunch to work with and you will be friends by the time you're finished.

From our very first meeting with Lee to the installation of our granite, we could not have been more pleased. Jessie was very precise and professional when he came to measure and Rick and Garrett went above and beyond making sure the installation was just perfect before they left.

Very few granite slabs to choose from. There were not any remnants to view. We then went to Pacific's warehouse where we picked out a few but they won't give you prices. The prices have to come from the installer which was Linco. Linco said they would email us the prices as we wanted to know if we were done shopping or needed to keep looking based on price. After a few days and no contact I called and the response was, "I guess I'll stay late and get that out to you today". Then, we received 2 estimates from 2 different employees and although they were for the same work they had 2 very different prices. They say the prices of the slabs includes installation but then they tack on 35$ a square foot. When I called my contractor frustrated he was actually in the office of the owner. Although I didn't know I was on speaker phone I'm glad as after I was done venting the owner joined the conversation with attitude. Right then I was done dealing with Linco. I didn't know who I was going to use but who wasn't going to do my job. Let me save you time and effort from my shopping around and go to McElroy's Tops in Benton. Nicole is a pleasure to work with and has a huge selection of not only full slabs but remnants as well. In 15 minutes at McElroy's we had picked out all of our granite and even remnants for all the other rooms which we weren't planning on doing to save money but their prices were so great. We did a whole slab island, 4 kitchen tops, 3 bathrooms, and a laundry room at McElroy's for less than Linco wanted for just the kitchen!

They re-did our countertops and backsplash in our kitchen. It was a wonderful experience working with them. They were always on time and worked around our schedule. All the work is flawless, and the seam is virtually invisible. I highly recommend Linco for when you need new countertops.
