Rick and his team were always available to help with any questions and help guide us in the process. i highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their outdoor space.

Countryside completed our pool and pool side pavilion earlier this year and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We received quotes from a couple different pool companies and Countryside was the best option. Rick (the owner) and his entire team were great to work with. They were professional, transparent, punctual and honest. Rick was very involved throughout the process and he made sure to communicate updates on a daily basis. We had several revisions to our design and also wanted a pavilion and Rick and Katie were both very patient and worked with us on cost and different design options. If you’re on the fence about getting a pool because of the investment and size of project, go with Rick and team and you won’t regret it.

Before landing on Countryside Pools we bid out to most of the local Pool builders and for us, Countryside was the most transparent and delivered a quality pool our family will enjoy for years to come.

Highly recommend!!! I can’t say enough great things about Countryside Pools! We’ve had the best experience with Rick (owner) and his crew. We had amazing service from the beginning to the end! Katie and Ashlynn in the front office did an amazing job designing our dream pool and fire pit area. JD, Hugo, and his crew did an outstanding job making it all come true! They are very meticulous with their work and the outcome is more beautiful than we could have ever imagined! I’ve always heard of horror stories when building a pool, but our process went so smoothly. We were swimming not even a month after they started digging! Rick communicates during the entire process and is easily available for questions. He is very involved with the project and is on site regularly checking up on things. He even came out after a heavy rainfall to make sure everything drained properly, which it did. His crew does all of the work start to finish, which makes the process seamless. They have the best customer service I’ve encountered in a very long time! Rick truly cares about each pool/project and goes above and beyond to makes sure it’s done properly. If you are looking to get a pool, do yourself a favor and call Rick! Don’t waste your time anywhere else. Thank you Countryside Pools for making our dream backyard come true!

You know how it's nearly impossible to get great quality, price, and speed on a construction project? Rick and his team knocked all three out of the park for us, with AMAZING customer service too! CUSTOMER SERVICE: The owner, Rick, was very responsive and involved before, during, and after construction. He checked in with us regularly and was on-site for the majority of construction. We saw his full-time employees Zach and Juan a lot too. They are wonderfully knowledgable and great at explaining everything from construction to balancing the water. We are looking forward to having them maintain the pool for at least this first summer for us, while we learn the ropes. Rick drove to Texas TWICE for us - once to visit the grotto/waterfall company, Rico Rock, that built one for us, and once to pick up the Spa we purchased from a dealer in Texas (since there was a spa shortage nation-wide due to Covid). QUALITY: This pool is beautiful and built to last. Rick was very mindful of our budget and great at helping us stay within it, without sacrificing quality. With each decision, he helped explain pros and cons. He treated the project like it was his own family's pool that he was building. When the tile subcontractor put the water-line tiles on a little crooked, Rick was out there the next day taking them down, himself, for the company to redo. PRICE: We received quotes from 3 different companies and Countryside's price was the best. Getting a vinyl liner pool from Burton was actually going to cost more (for a smaller pool with a timeline further out). He found a way for us to get everything we wanted - and more - for a good price. SPEED: We were scheduled to start construction in March but they were able to start in February. They hit the ground running and didn't stop unless there was bad weather (they worked in cold and rain often though too) or a construction material was backordered (Covid and a big freeze in the South affected manufacturing and distribution some). Even with those couple hold ups (no fault of Countryside), we were swimming about 4 months from the time they started digging. Wow! This was our first construction project and now anyone to come after will have to live up what we've come to expect from Countryside Pools!

This was our first swimming pool. We called 8-10 different pool companies and had 3 come to our house. We chose Countryside Pools because Rick made us feel good about this huge decision. Everything was done on time and the quality is amazing. The best thing we did was choose the stamped concrete as an "extra'" feature. It really showcases the pool. Thanks again Rick and Countryside Pools for everything!

A pool is a major investment and with so many companies in the area, it's hard to know who to choose. Countryside Pools was the most competitive bid and equally importantly, Rick was available, responsive and on the job site most days. Installation of a pool is a huge undertaking, a massive construction job, and delays and changes are inevitable, but we knew we could count on Rick to stay with it and keep us informed as we went along. We have a 16'x36' pool with three beautiful water features - bubblers on the sun step, three deck jets and a waterfall - with stunning Texas limestone coping and on the waterfall. Rick also installed the lovely ceramic tiles we found while in New Mexico on vacation into the shallow end steps and the deep end step out, giving us a personal touch. In addition to the pool, Rick helped coordinate and effect the concrete work as well as the beautiful brick fire pit that adds even more to our outdoor living space. Countryside rounds out the experience with 30 days of included pool maintenance to get you going, and a thorough "Pool School" education if you want to become your own pool service (which we have, and it's going great)! By staying in constant contact, keeping us up to date on the process and involved in all of the decisions, Rick proved that the personal touch from an individual business vs. one of the big companies makes all the difference. I've already recommended Countryside to several friends looking to install pools and will continue to do so!
