Overall

Huge thanks to all the folks at Klaasmeyer for the work you guys are putting in. It'll be nice to finally have access to fiber optic internet in a rural area. Hard working crews out here, major respect.

enters people's private property without asking, breaks their lock to get in, and leaves the gate open so dogs can escape.

doesn't care about their community and won't apologize. if they had scheduled a time to come I wouldn't have had to call the police.

Zero respect for people. Todd specifically.

We stayed at a Quality Inn hotel in Mountain Home, AR last night. The large crew of Klaasmeyer employees stayed up late drinking beer. That was not a problem. The problem is that in the morning, we witnessed one of them throw beer cans out of their work truck into the hedges at the hotel. I’ll bet that that is how they treat their work sites too.

The company damaged my property (irrigation system and 1 tree) when performing work for AT&T (burying fiber) and refused to repair it.

My husband has worked there 13 years. It's the best place to work. The owner is a wonderful man to work for our family really appreciated him for everything he has done for our family all this years.

They are a great contractor to work for. Let me elaborate more on this company. They are a under ground fiber optic cable installer. One of the biggest companies in the business. They have hundreds of subcontractors(aerial and underground) why they might say different names than Klaasmeyer when they come out. They work for multiple different companies and some times it's hard to keep up with who your really working for at times. Don't let the employees give the company a bad name Google will show you to the office there is also a number to that office you can call. They hold customers satisfaction to a high standard and weither it's att or suddenlink at the end of day your the customer.

This company has been coming out to my family's property for months now. Each time they come out they tell us a different story about who they are, why they want on the property and even their company name. They told us they worked for the phone company. Then they changed it and said that they worked for the city. We talked with both of those companies, neither one would vouch for them. In fact, both the phone company and the city told us to call the police if we had to. Today they came out AGAIN and demanded to be let on the property, when we refused they threatened to call the police on US! Guess what??? We did it for them. When the police arrived the construction crew gave them yet another company name. Had it not been for the company truck with the Klaasmeyer Construction logo on it (yes, I have video and pictures of this truck), we still would not have known who we were dealing with. After all of this UNNECESSARY DRAMA and talking with the police, it turns out they were able to complete whatever work they were doing without ever having to come onto our property in the first place! The employees from this company are extremely rude, belligerent and demanding. Never once did they explain what they were doing or offer any form of identification. They need some SERIOUS customer service training classes to deal with their arrogant/entitled attitudes. Question: Why would the employees from a "reputable company" have to lie (consistently) about who they were and the work that they were doing?
