We contacted ARK in late April or early May 2022 at the recommendation of a family friend who is a contractor. We had already received an estimate from our insurance company for roof, gutter, fence, siding, and brick molding damage. In May, we signed a contract with ARK for repairs to be made. We were told it would take around 6 weeks for the job to be completed, and they were booking 3 weeks out. We were okay with this as there were many houses in our area that were damaged due to large hail in April. After not having any updates or anyone coming to start work for 4-5 weeks, we reached out to our project manager. He told us several excuses about weather and things for several more weeks. At the beginning of August, the roof was finally replaced. We were told the crew replacing the gutters would be out the next week to complete the job. After several more weeks of excuses, the gutters were replaced in late September. Next, we were told the fence would be replaced in two additional weeks. The fence was not completed in two weeks, but it was completed in early November. The rest of the repairs were made in time for Thanksgiving. I was frustrated with the lack of communication and the excuses and lies that were told to us along the way. Working with this company was difficult and grating. At the same time, the workmanship is second to none. The roof, gutters, fence, and other minor repairs are awesome. I would recommend their work. I'm not sure if the end product was worth all the hassle of getting someone out here to complete the work even after paying half up front. However, after it is all said and done, I am pleased with the craftsmanship and materials used.

Started out great. professional and prompt. when inspecting the roof after the work was completed i had concerns in a couple of places. They convinced me it was only cosmetic and offered me $500 off. I declined the discount since it was only cosmetic. Unfortunately the roof leaked in the first rain. I was told they would replace the portions i had concerns with which included the section that leaked. it has been several weeks and no timeline for repairs. The offered me $200 for my drywall repairs. I am sure the do good work; however when it doesn't go well, the customer service is found lacking. My request to speak to the owner has fallen on deaf ears.

Chris was really great to work with. He always made sure to keep me informed on where we were in the process. He came out quickly and we got everything scheduled in a good time frame. The team came out and knocked the roof out promptly and it looks great. The only complaint I have is the team that did the roof trampled our landscaping that was around the house. It looked like they didn't try to avoid it at all. Other than that they were a great company to work with. Chris went above and beyond my expectations and would work with him again in the future.

Overall, we were pleased with our roofing project. Josh, our project manager, was always accessible for all questions we had during the process. The installers did an outstanding job on the roof itself, and the shingles have an excellent warranty on the product. As is sometimes the case on a project like ours, there was one minor hiccup, but it was addressed promptly and without hassle, and that’s all we could have asked for. We would, and already have, recommended ARK for any residential roofing project.

My experience with Arkansas Roofing Kompany was great from beginning to end. I met Marty and he was very courteous, friendly, and professional. We are talking about a guy who took of his shoes at the door when he saw me do the same without being asked. You do not run across that professional mannerism anymore. He was great at working with my schedule and making sure he answered all my questions. We had some hail damage in Conway a month or so ago (would recommend everyone to look at their roofs now if they haven't already) and they were my second call, but they should have been my first. Every question and every detail I mentioned was taken care of. Even the things I didn't think about. The crew was friendly as well and they were FAST. My whole house and carport was done in a weekend, and with great care, not sacrificing quality.
