Eric was quick to respond when I was reaching out to him. Very nice and courteous since this is our first time buying a home. He walked me through every step of the process and made it so easy! He scheduled the inspection within the next day or two and was very very thorough with the entire house. He found things that most people had missed before. When he was done, he walked me through everything that he had noted to explain his process. Very well done on his part. That evening he sent over his report with all of the detail along with pictures too. I highly recommend him to anyone buying a home and the best part is he is very reasonable compared to most people.

I was very impressed with Eric's attention to detail and the amount of time he spent with us to walk the house and explain everything he was seeing. His final report was prompt and over 60 pages including images of his findings and recommended actions.

Eric was amazing! I am a first time home buyer so naturally, I had many questions about the house. Eric walked me through the entire house and further explained all of the concerns/hazards that he had already outlined and taken photos of in his report. He even walked me through some general maintenance/upkeep recommendations as this is my first home which is always great to know! My realtor recommended Eric and I am very happy with the results and his pricing. Will definitely be using him if I need an inspection in the future!

Eric is great! He did a very thorough inspection and explained the findings honestly and in a way that I could easily understand. I also appreciate him being available for follow-up questions. He is everything I am looking for in a inspector when making very important decisions like buying a house!

Eric was referred to me by a friend of mine. He was very responsive and provided required details and helped schedule the inspection quickly. Inspection was done on time and he also walked through the house on the aspects that are considered for the inspection and clarified my doubts as well. Report was provided the same day. It was detailed and thorough and highlighted areas and recommendations for good maintenance of the house which is very helpful to a first time home buyer like me. Would definitely recommend.

Eric did a wonderful job with our new home inspection! As first time homebuyers, Eric took the time to explain every potential issue to us- not once but twice, and even took extra time to educate us on various other “good to know” homeowner information. The report was thorough, detailed, easy to read, and had lots of pictures. We could not have been more pleased with our choice. I would highly recommend Eric!
