Clayton came out promptly and worked with Wes to layout our construction site perfectly. We were locating footings for piers and needed a very high degree of accuracy on a sloping site. They were willing to discuss my project needs and make corrections when necessary. Very easy to communicate with and they accomplished the work in under two hours! I will continue to use Blew for all my projects.
Nikki has been such an asset for our company. Everyone has been so responsive, patient and helpful!!

This company was the most economical and responsive my land is heavily wooded and steep other companies would not even write an estimate or it was outrageous. This company did it very timely before the time frame we had agreed. The Surveyor that came out was knowledgable, nice a really great guy. I could not be more pleased to have this survey.

I'm giving them more than one star because the people who answer the phone are polite and courteous. However, after I called in about receiving a survey, I didn't hear for two days. When I heard back, they emailed me saying that I should contact someone else and they can't take on my project. I replied with an email asking for an explanation, just in case I should be worried about anything. I have not received a response. The person they recommended was way too booked up, which is why I wanted to go with them, but I'm disappointed with their desire to help.

I hired them to REMARK a survey line that had been removed by a neighbor (who is attempting to adverse possess) the guy ignores me completely and marked the center of my driveway claiming it was an “existing road” even though I explained the “existing road” had been blocked off and backfilled which is the true legal easement (I knew where the line went.. I have the guy on video removing it.. with an excavator) and that he was actually marking the center my PRIVATE ROAD.. that he was 15 ft off …. Still wanted to argue after I proved where the first line had been marked And he admitted to not starting at the point of reference as stated in the property description instead he started where the measurement had been altered thereby making all other measurements incorrect. All he did was try to solidify the good ole boys club at work here in McDonald county. He should have marked the RECORD DEEDED line .. not the altered one

Because the surveys and elevation certificates issued by Blew Land Surveying, Inc., dba Blew &Associates and Buckley D. Blew were in violation of the Minimum Standards for the Practice of Land Surveying the firm engaged in dishonorable, unethical, or unprofessional conduct of a character likely to deceive the public. In this regard Blew Land Surveying, Inc., dba Blew & Associates and Buckley D. Blew were found Guilty and assessed an administrative fine of $2,000.

Hi I'm a member of the board at the Guidance building in Reston VA and would just like to say your surveyor here is top knotch. I have seen many companies come here within the last few years to survey this place and they have done terrible. They would leave trash all over the place, look very rugged and unpresentable and equipment in very poor condition but not your company. The equipment he is using looks brand new, your trucks look brand new and this guy here unbelievable. I'm not racist at all but this black guy is very well put together. If he wasn't wearing your shirt I would think he works here in the office. That's how clean he is. Not to mention he walks everywhere instead of driving across our grass like other companies did. Blew is a 5 star company indeed!

I do not recommend this company because they leave the work in the middle and do not complete it and they tell you that they are finished and they do not even mark your points where the land is divided I think that they are a few professionals. look for other companies that are really responsible because I spent my money in the trash and I have to make another new plat map with another company. Also talks to your neighbor where is the lines, not following by the legal document. They don't know how to survey a property. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!!!!!. I don't RECOMMEND this place at all. They tell you that you don't have a road to use and they said they look at the legal document on the deed. And the other person have a access to pass a their. And other place have at the records from our house. They told me i have a access a road i own. So I RECOMMEND YOU to not go to them because they will not followed from legal things. They followed they own things. And not measure not really good. SO DO NOT GO WITH THEM!!!!

Haven't dealt with them professionally, but if their road rage is anything like their work, I wouldn't recommend. An employee put my life in danger as well as the drivers of another car with aggressive driving on a highway. Poor representation of the company beyond the building.
