Did a great job with my pool, their work is slow and tedious, but worth the time because the end product is such good quality. Specifically want to thank Ronnie for all the hard work he did in making sure the details were as perfect as they could be.
We have been doing business with Luther Stem pools for the last 20 years. Although they did not install our liner pool, ( at that time they were only installing concrete pools)
We have always preferred going to them for any troubleshooting on the maintenance of our pool.
Recently, our liner slipped causing wrinkles in the pool.
We were given a bid of $800. for the repair by another company. We also found it difficult to get calls back from some company’s.
We stopped in at Luther hoping they could help and we’re pleased to find they are installing and repairing liner pools, They traveled to Booneville, making two trips for repairs and picked up equipment. He was honest about the ease of the repair and efficient at his work. We were surprised that cost was less than half the previous bid.

I have built a personal relationship with most of the people there at Luther stems and they are just amazing and outstanding. Do I recommend them absolutely.

We can’t always tell when you’ve been here. this weekend we have been brushing off the algae growth which is easy enough but would think this is one thing you might do. We had a big rain and possibly you have not been out since. Still have an auto fill issue and every few days (maybe once per/wk) we add water. Thanks…

I have had 3 Luther Stem pools and all 3 have been AMAZING pools!!! I have had my pools serviced by another company because I was told pool service by Luther Stem was expensive. This summer (2024) I switched to Luther Stem for weekly service. Not only are they 1/3 of what I had been paying for weekly upkeep, but also, everyone has been incredibly responsive and helpful!! Madison Stem and Katy Weible respond to text, phone, and email request immediately!! FIRST CLASS pools and FIRST CLASS SERVICE for years and years - none better in Arkansas (or Oklahoma where I have had other in-ground pools).

Recently retired to the eastern Ouahicita mountains of Oklahoma and wanted to enjoy a different life "perk"! By the luck of the Irish I stumbled on Luther Stem Pools & Spa and I am not even Irish! Never owned a spa so I did a lot of homework on therapeutic spas and decided on a Marquis Crown Spa. Made the call and talked with Dannie. She was very personable and answered my questions in detail without hesitation. And here is the kicker. She always answered her phone when I had one of my annoying questions to ask! What a concept! Went in to buy the spa we discussed and after showing me the spa she directed me to one they had on sale which was a more feature rich spa. I was sold pretty much instantly.. My only problem appeared. It required a 220 direct dedicated circuit to pass electrical code. No issue for Dannie as she gave me a number for a great electrician whom they use. He came out THE SAME DAY to give me an estimate. Said he could do it 2 days later which coincidently was when the spa was gonna arrive. His price was below the average for this kind of job.
Here comes my favorite part. I am a guy of punctuality and much to my surprise the electrician and spa arrived simultaneously and early. The guys set up my spa, attached the cover, explained the controls to me. I filled it up and they were gone in about an hour. I love efficiency!
The electrician did an awesome job. Took about 3 hours. Hot tub is up and running. They included all chemicals to get me going and I checked the ph this morning and all parameters are in the good range. The spa has a tad of a learning curve which goes away with experimentation of the spas jets. The programming itself is laid out so well in the programming unit that its pretty much a no brainer. This purchase reminded of the days when my dad would make a deal with a hand shake and it was done in stone. I walked in, told them I wanted it asap and they delivered it without even asking for a deposit. Who does that these day? Anyway call me impressed!

This company moved a spa that was not even purchased from them . The gentlemen were very knowledgeable about their profession. My tub made it to my new home with no problem . I was so impressed by this company, I am going to hire them to help with the maintenance of my spa.
