I stopped in to see about getting a piece of granite to use as a shelf in a laundry room in early fall 2023. I had measurements and selected a piece they had in their yard. They said they were several weeks out…months later I still had not heard anything back. I checked in and they said it would be a few more weeks. I’ve yet to hear back from them again. I did not need them to do the install or even deliver the piece and was picking it up from them when it was ready. I just needed it cut and the two exposed ends polished. I understand businesses being backed up, but if they didn’t want to mess with a smaller job, just say that. I figured most places wouldn’t want to mess with it, but when they acted like they would do the job and even gave me a bid I figured they’d follow through. I figure they pushed it off being a small job and kept either not worrying about or they just flat out didn’t care about having my business. I just would have preferred being told that upfront. I’m disappointed in the majority of small businesses lately who just show a lack of communication or care for customers if they’re not spending thousands at their business.

Eric and team put in my countertops a few weeks ago and my sink. I am very pleased with them. Eric came out to measure my space to cut my counters for a perfect fit. They do good quality work. They are very professional, custom friendly, efficient. I had called the office a couple times the day before because I was nervous. Christi was patient with me, answered all my questions. She put me at ease. My Oven/Stove was out in the middle of my kitchen. Since I had new floors put in, it never fit. When I had tile, it never fit. There was a gap but wasn't out in middle of kitchen. Eric asked if I had some wood. I did. He and his team cut 2 pieces of wood and lifted my oven/stove up, put the wood pieces under. Now my Stove/Oven fits! They went above and beyond, that extra mile means a lot and I will use them again because of that and the good quality. They are great people. I had a really good experience.

WOW -- Cowdrey Granite has so many good reviews..... so I decided to try them for new granite countertops. Asked them twice about getting an estimate and was told "give me measurements" -- isn't that what they are supposed to do -- measure. The other companies came out, measured, gave bids and one GOT my business. Since Cowdrey has the best reviews, I still wanted to work with them. So I got all my measurements, called them back, left a message, and they never returned my call. I guess they didn't want my business.

From our first meeting with Kristi to the final handshake with Eric we have been completely blown away.
