I called on Tuesday and they were there on Wednesday morning. Not only was my dock hung up but part of one post was broken and in the lake. One of covered pontoons had pulled loose. Martin, Vince and David worked hard to drop dock safely and fixed the loose pontoon. They mentioned both posts on lakeside needed replacing. After a phone call, they returned to the shop and returned within the hour with the new posts which they installed and took out the old ones. They were very professional and efficient and I thanked them for coming so quickly. There was tremendous pressure on my dock roof being hung up at an angle from the broken post. I highly recommend and greatly appreciate the great service of Williamson Boat Dock!
Great family owned small business. I is interviewed for a j of be here because I thought it would be cool I was a little over qualified so they connected me with a local contractor who could use my skills. It was awesome to see the care.

We had recently purchased our home and it had a floating dock. We knew eventually my son wanted to get a pontoon boat for his visits here with his family. He had called and told us that he would be here the following week to pick up the boat. We realized we didn't have cleats on the dock so that Friday we took a chance and went to Williamson's without an appointment. They met us at the door with a smile and showed us the different cleats they had and the cost to install them. They some how managed to not only squeeze us in but also had someone come out the following Wednesday to install the cleats before my son came in with the boat on Thursday. They also made time to evaluate the dock to give us quotes on lifts and converting our floating dock to a permanent one. Thank you so much, you have no idea how much we appreciated it!

After my wife and I decided to try to find our retirement home on Lake Hamilton, we knew we wanted a pontoon boat. We found a near perfect place in one of the lakes coves. Now we needed a boat to enjoy the water. Then we realized we needed a boat dock for the boat!
Not being from Hot Springs, we only knew to search the internet and phone books to find us a dock builder. We were told that Entergy had jurisdiction on all the docks and that there were several restrictions.
We decided to talk to Williamson Boat Dock builders. We made an appointment and went in to talk and find out just what we were looking at.
Buzzy and Sherri Williamson made us feel welcome and relaxed. We asked about the restrictions Entergy had and they explained everything to us in detail. Buzzy, then walked me to his office and pulled up a map of our cove. He explained everything I needed to know and how large of a dock we could build. He went over all the materials that they used and that everything was of "premium" quality. We then talked about their crew that would actually be building the dock. He explained that the crew did exceptional work under their Foreman's overview. Buzzy told me that he would handle all the permits and would work up a materials list and give us a bid. We accepted, and now, we are the proud owners of the best looking boat dock in our cove! Everything that was talked about in our conversations was carried out exactly as stated. We are the proud to say that Williamson Boat Dock Builders built our boat dock! There were no corners cut. Their dock crew was second to none. And we can now say the Williamson's are our friends, instead of just another boat dock builder.

Williamson did an amazing job for us. We had an issue with the way our Seadoo lift was installed. They immediately came out and installed like we requested. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with this company. In fact, we were originally doing business with one of their competitors, but after many "difficulties", we began asking around town for recommendations for a new service provider. Williamson Boat Docks was referred to us by the marina where we rent a boat slip and as I said, we had a great experience. Specifically, they came out the next day to survey the damage to our boat lift and in fact, they fixed it on the spot. They also charged us a 1/3 of what the competitor I mentioned above was going to charge us for the same repair, and it took him 2 weeks to give us a quote (on a lift he installed less than a year ago). Williamson Boat Docks were very friendly and easy to work with. We are using them on another project and would gladly recommend them.

I do not recommend doing business with this company. My project required several visits by Williamson Boat Docks who had me order wrong parts on which I lost money, multiple communications over a year period to have work corrected, receiving invoices for thousands over project budget erroneously. I asked owner Sherri for help in these matters and repeatedly was met with excuses and oops for responses. My breaking point was when Sherri (owner) hung up on me on the telephone. Will not do business again and can’t in good concious recommend this business. Happy to share my communication/experience so you don’t have to experience what I did. Facts are facts Lake Hamilton!
