These guys have been the only appliance repair crew my family has used for years. They are so prompt and professional. They have saved me from having to buy at least two new appliances. And they are HONEST! For example, I just had dryer work done. I expected it to need a new heating element; turned out to just be a fuse. The repairman could have easily taken advantage of me for the higher price and I never would have known the difference. Instead, he corrected the issue and saved me lots of money. I will always use Appliance 911!
Andrew with 911 appliance was excellent and a very professional repair technician. He thinks on his feet. He didn’t let small obstacles get in his way. 911 sent me text and kept me updated on appointments . I highly recommend 911 appliance.

Anthony was right on time for our appointment and very nice and professional. I was amazed at the amount of lint he removed from my dryer. It was blowing 8.4 when he started and 15.5 when he finished. Highly recommend Appliance 911!

Fast, knowledgeable, went out of the way to give me service the same day I called, as I was going out of town, and the Sears appliance repair had me waiting 2 weeks, and on the day of service cancelled me. Reasonable price. Thank you, I have found a reliable appliance repair man.

Very polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. Came out to look at my refrigerator the next day, technician was on time, professional, took his time, identified the issue, explained our options, and charged what felt like a fair price. Highly recommend

We called them on a extra french door refrigerator that quit working. They were out very promptly and the tech found the problem. It was the main circuit board they had to order one. Part was here in a few days and put in the refrigerator. Works great. There tech Andrew was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were always on time for there appointments. I highly recommend Appliance911 they are great!!

Appliance 911 offers prompt, professional, knowledgeable service. Scheduling online is very easy. The technician calls ahead of time. The price is reasonable. I used several appliance repair businesses in town. Appliance 911 is the best by far!
