Johnny and Airworks did an awesome job in installing my new heat and air system. I am very pleased with my decision to use their company. They are excellent communicators...very kind, very clean, timeliness was on point. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called at 3 and told them my AC wasn’t cooling properly and they were here by 5:30! He was very cordial and very friendly. He explained everything so I could understand. He was in and out in about two hours! Excellent service! I will definitely call again should the need arise.

Called them at 10:00am on a Sunday morning, which happened to be the hottest day of the year so far, they had someone out by 1:30pm. He was professional, knowledgeable, and had it fixed it 35 min. I will use these guys from here on out.

When i called they were very polite and courteous and they came out within the hour and fixed the problem.. The serviceman was great and explained everything to me in detail of what he had to fix. i would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them again..

Great, expedient, and knowledgeable service! Late on a Saturday, they answered the phone immediately, and arrived at my house within 2 hours of my call. Came back again on Sunday to finish the job after letting the frozen pipes thaw overnight.

David our technician was awesome. He was punctual and quickly diagnosed our issue. The repair happened quickly and our A/C was restored timely. There’s a lot of A/C repair companies that service the Jonesboro area. I highly recommend Airworks Heating and Cooling Inc.

I called Airworks to get a second opinion on an AC issue, and was very impressed by their skill and honesty. The technician was friendly, down to earth, and saved us a lot of money compared to the 1st quote we got. I will definitely use Airworks again!

Johnny and the airworks team are AMAZING! He worked hard to keep our heat/air unit in the best shape. He always advised us in the more economical yet effective way to fix and repair our unit. The monthly subscription is worth not only its value on service and part discounts, but for always having Johnny and his team available. I knew every time I called they would not only know me and my unit, but would be out in a timely manner no matter the time. I highly recommend the Airworks team for all your heat and air needs!
