Oh my goodness I have so many wonderful things to say about this place!! Several years ago we had an issue with our septic at what is now our house (at the time it was a short term rental) and Tommy the owner personally came out and resolved it… not only on a weekend but a holiday weekend! We own other short term rental cottages and they have saved us several times!! The staff and workers are ALWAYS so incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. We will not use anyone else!!

Kyle was right on time and very professional in all aspects of the job. Let me know exactly what it was going to take to fix the issue. He gave me the cost and preceded to work on the issue. I renewed my contract with Ben Franklin for another 2 years. Totally recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Nathan Aldridge was one of the most punctual, courtesy and professional individuals we have ever dealt with. We had multiple issues happen simultaneously and he found others that were going to happen. He took the time to answer all questions and educate us in the most patient fashion. He was transparent and frank as well as a great representative for his company. The quality of work was outstanding compared to what we have had done previously. They are a little bit higher in cost but we'll worth every penny.

Called late in the afternoon once I discovered my dripping water heater. Asked for Josh’s help. Was asked by the customer service rep if I could make it through the night. Said yes. Josh and Tanner were there before noon the next day with the new water heater. Josh came back the next day for a couple of minor adjustments. The old & new tank were both 75 gallons, so very heavy and big, which was an issue in the tight space. They never complained. I did enough of that for them!!! Great job as always. Thanks so much Josh and Tanner — and Tommy too. He brought some needed parts.

I had been away for several weeks caring for my mother, who is in hospice care. I returned today, a Friday afternoon, and I had no water!!! I called the city and they came right away and found the issue and told me I needed a plumber. I knew who to call!!! Benjamin Franklin in Hot Springs. Josh Kizer came in about 15 minutes or so and the repair was done in less than 20 minutes. He was amazing and it was true blessing to have the issue solved late on a Friday. God Bless.

Excellent service. New electric water heater was professionally installed. You can speak on phone to their staff to schedule. Got same day service with an in person quote and the work was completed by the Benjamin Franklin Hot Springs Arkansas plumber within a few hours. Old water heater hauled away.

We revised two bathrooms in our house in Hot Springs National Park, AR. Work included installation of three all brass Delta faucets with lifetime proper operation. The original operation of these replacement faucets were unacceptable as water flow was not even near to being as expected in action or adequate in flow. We contacted Delta’s customer service and expected nothing but their best support as provided in our past experience. However, in this instance, their usual great customer support was not forth coming. As a result, we were very discouraged with our product choice, which appeared to be perfect for our needs. We then called Benjamin Franklin, whom we greatly appreciated with previous plumbing modifications on our 20 year old house. They are a joy to be with as their attitudes and professional know how are truly amazing. They did what they deemed necessary with the faucet manufacturer In a professional manner to ensure the proper operations for our three beautiful brass faucets. We are so appreciative of all staff of Benjamin Franklin Plumbers!
