We were browsing Home Depot and looking at the showers in the store, they were kind of plain and not what we were wanting. Fortunately, a worker there asked us what we were looking for and it turns out they send the more custom bathroom projects to Bath Makeover. They were easy to work with and had a great selection of colors. I picked out Santorini. I like that they were local and had a workmanship warranty, not just a product warranty.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Having to change my original review. The work is just terrible. My shower was put in poorly and so was my vanity. They also had to take my doors off and put them back on and they did an awful job. The tile work looks like a DIY special. You can see by the pics that there is probably a good 2 inches of caulk they put down because the shower leaks into the next room. The wall panels don't meet the bottom close enough so I guess this was their solution. More caulk the better. It doesn't drain well and we had someone come back out to fix that and he was here for 2 hours and added more caulk and looks like crap. It still doesn't drain right. The previous tub shower combo was ugly but hey it didn't ever leak and definitely drained right. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. My sister got work done at the same time by someone else and oh my the difference. It's obvious I got scammed and I spent 5k for this job. One shower and a vanity that I had already bought previously. They left a huge hole in my wall behind the vanity. Just a completely pathetic job.

Sales guy was honest when he said I'll have to be there when the installer come. Communication between sales, production manager, 'master' plumber, and install team is awful. Expect to pay premium price for thin product. Do you know what it means to be a job site foreman? I recommend learning or corners will be cut. Other reviewers stated they'll take your money weather the job is done or not. I found this to be true. I'm afraid to call for warranty let alone another job. About said "lifetime" warranty is cleverly hidden to materials only. There is a craftsmanship warranty very specific to rebuilding their scope of work. So if your up stairs shower/bath leaks and floods the ceiling below well that's on you. Only time will tell how well the work holds up. I look forward to updating this review and sharing pictures of these glued together thin sheets.

We had an excellent experience from purchase to install! Courtney was helpful, quick and responsive to our questions and texts. We appreciated that.
Dallas provided a top-notch installation. He did a fantastic job, as well as being a pleasant person. His suggestions made our shower even nicer! He cleaned up the mess from the job and made sure to dust cover our belongings to protect them.
I can confidently recommend for all your bath needs! Thank you for an awesome shower!

We got our new shower approximately 2 weeks ago. What an amazing experience, our installer arrived, covered the floors etc, started the job of removing the old wore out tub and shower and he cleaned as he went and we were very impressed. When our Beautiful shower was finished it made our old ugly bathroom look like a showroom. We are absolutely thrilled with the results and would highly recommend this company, from the low key sales representative to meeting our installer to the completion of our amazing shower we have been 100% Satisfied. We decided to visit their showroom, after looking at the displays in person I decided I really wanted the Grazie collection. It is beautiful and I love knowing I’ll never have to worry about tile again. They were running a special so that brought the price down some and we took advantage of the financing with no payments for 18 months!

Bath make over installed our shower. It was a seamless process from start to finish. The installer Joseph did an amazing job he was is a perfectionist and had us up in running in no time Great Job to the entire team.!

Definitely money well spent!! Process is very customer oriented with a great staff. The gentleman who did my installation was friendly, efficient and neat. He not only kept me informed every step of the way, he welcomed my input on installation of safety equipment. I now feel safe and have peace of mind when showering!! Thank you all.

My experience was amazing. From quote to install was about a month. The installers were very professional and cleaned as they worked. My shower now feels like a 5 star hotel.

Our bathroom desperately needed a makeover, we had avocado green tile and one of those weird "cave" showers. It just had to all go, we started getting estimates and we were frustrated some companies wouldn't take the job since we wanted new flooring and a new vanity. We finally found Bath Makeover, they were able to do the entire job themselves.

Our sales rep max is one of the rudest we’ve ever encountered, when we’d hear back from him. Some of The emails I received from him about knocked me out of my wheelchair!In short we went with another company and so happy we did! We would never recommend this company

These people are great from the start to the finish. I had 2 bathrooms done and they did this in 2 days. They kept my house clean as they went. Very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend this company. My bathrooms look great. Thanks Bath Makeover of America.

Would Definitely use them again!
This was truly a great experience from the beginning to completion.
From my beginning, I was told that it would take a couple of months to complete my project.
I had the shower removed and was replaced with a closet. I also had a jacuzzi removed and replaced with a large shower.
The sales person was professional kind and very helpful, There was no sales pressure.
The installer did a fantastic job with the removal and installation of the work requested.
The really amazing part to using Bath Makeover of Arkansas was that from the beginning to the end the communication between us and Bath Makeover of Arkansas was definitely the best ever and I would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future.

The bath remodel was a great experience from the initial consultation with Steven to the clean up and final walk through with him and the team when they wrapped up. Oh, did I mentioned they were able to start the project earlier than anticipated and finished on time and well within budget. No surprise fees or add-ons. What you sign off on before work begins is what you get. If you want good quality and no non-sense price haggling then I recommend these guys for the the job. I will defer be reaching out again when I am ready to update our second bathroom. The first two photos are obviously before and the last pic is the after. We are so happy we got this done!

Would Definitely use them again! This was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish . from the 1st phone call I made as an inquiry to the completion of installation was approximately 3 weeks, I was told that some some projects can take a little longer than my project. I had the shower tub in 2 bathrooms converted to a walk in shower. The sales person Jackson was professional kind and very helpful, He was very patient in showing us all the options and even more patient while we decided what we wanted. There was no sales pressure. Kevin the installer did a fantastic Job of fixing what a previous contractor had messed up and completing the job the right way. One of the really amazing pluses to using Bath makeover of Arkansas was that from the beginning of the project to the end of completing the 2 bathrooms was only a period of 3 days.!!!! Our 2 bathrooms look great and turned out better than we expected. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future.
