So about two years ago Andrea and I embarked on this strange journey of remodeling my 1972 mid century midtown home. I called Arnold’s because it was local, and very close to my home. I knew they would understand the Midtown vibe because they were located right in the middle of it. I wanted to pay homage to the mid century style that the home was built in yet make Updates fitting 21st-century home. Andrea came to the house, took measurements, I threw out ideas, she took notes, took more measurements and she drew up some plans. After I secured a Construction Loan we got to work. Her contractor Steve came by and made sure that all of the structural changes I wanted were feasible. With his approval we first began working on the main bathroom shower. This was in December 2021. The shower was completed by the middle of the month and then we held off on the rest of the construction until after the holidays. on January third 2022 Steve and his helpers came to my home and gutted my entire kitchen, dining room, and living room. The project was extensive. not only was I getting floors, countertops and cabinets; we were moving a wall, removing old paneling, scraping popcorn ceilings and floating drywall. During this time I lived in the downstairs section of my home, and I was also working from home. I’m not going to lie, remodels are stressful. However Steve, Andrea and the whole crew made the process bearable. It took four months to complete the entire project. And the results are wonderful. The quality of the work was great, the products and materials are wonderful. And I got to put my own signature on the design especially the backsplash which was my creation. I love being able to pick out cabinets and countertops and paint colors and floors, and having Andrea‘s input. I’m confident she would not have allowed me to choose something that would not have worked. And she allowed me tons of creative freedom. Her cabinet design took advantage of all the spaces in my kitchen. I highly highly recommend having Andrea and Steve work on your home remodel. Steve and his crew were very attentive to details and optimized the use of the time we had to get this done. I had a construction loan so we were working against the clock and they were very efficient. I have posted a lot of photos, please let those images speak for themselves. I love my new home, and that’s pretty much what it is, a new home. It is comfortable, cozy and very distinctly me. Thank you, Andrea and Steve and all the rest of the people who worked on this project. It is a complete success and I’m looking forward to many happy years here.

I was referring my friends to Arnolds, but not now. They have a lifetime warranty on their workmanship, but I have ripples in the carpet that still haven’t been fixed in over a month. First couple times I was told someone would call me to set up an appointment. They never did. Then a worker came out, but didn’t have the power stretcher needed to fix the problem. He said someone else would be in contact with me. They never called and there is still loose carpet in our house. I will update this review IF they ever come fix their work.

We called to get a quote and the staff was rude. Apparently they want to do the entire job and do not like when you have your own materials. That’s fine and understandable. However, rudeness is not necessary. Their exact words were “We’ll pass.” Professionals need to understand they have to have etiquette when running a business. The proper response should have been “I apologize but we would not be able to provide service to you based on...”. Hope they learn to do better in the future.

They have spoiled me rotten! The level of service I got from Dwayne and this company was outstanding to say the least!!! Great workmanship and service are so hard to find these days and the results, the process, the communication was so good that the only drawback was I could not take them to Texas with me to do work there. No need to look further when in Little Rock, they have all your flooring needs covered!

I cannot say enough nice things about Chris Clevidence!! My husband and I purchased our hardwood floors through him for our house remodel. From day one and throughout this process, he has been genuinely a nice, honest, helpful, positive guy!! It's been such a positive experience for me, living in the house during a big remodel has been challenging but Chris has made the process as easy as possible. He let us take home samples, always calls when he says he will, quick to get you answers, really cares that the customer has the best experience with Arnold's Flooring America, he scheduled us with the most experienced installation crew, the nicest guys who are very good, trustworthy and have been in the business for over 40 years, Rick and his crew!! Chris has also called everyday checking in during the installation to make sure everything is going ok and that we are happy. Because our experience with Chris has continued to be the best throughout this process, I decided to purchase our backsplash for the kitchen through Arnold's Flooring America on Cantrell as well. Chris put me in the hands of Andrea Eskola in Kitchen & Bath Design. She's helped me throughout the backsplash process, that is still ongoing and she has been helpful, sweet and a good design hand with experience! Very pleased with Chris, Andrea, Rick and the other guys installing our hardwood floors! We will continue to use them in the future for other needs and will definitely recommend them to anyone asking! I can not say enough good things about Arnold's flooring. From James, the awesome salesman to the guys that installed the flooring. Courteous, friendly and very efficient. Quick installation. Always on time and kept me informed. The installation folks actually saved me. They pointed out a pest problem that I had in my yard that I was not aware of. I am so grateful. Highly recommend!
