I own a mobile business. I received a call from this company trying to sell there services. I explained my number is a business number and that I drive around ( Mobile business)and I don’t have a lawn. To please take my number off there list. Then when I get off the phone , they immediately call me back . Not professional at all .

When buying our new home, the builders had Adams pest control do a termite inspection. It was good for a year. Then we receive a bill saying someone came out and “inspected”. We were never notified or asked if wanted to renew. Once I called, they said “oh unless you call to cancel, the service is automatically renewed”. I said I want to cancel and receive a statement with a zero balance. We will see if that’s ever sent. This company has shady practices so be careful!

Poor service. Company was notified and they sent tech back out to re-do. He made excuses and offered a begrudging apology. I expect a trustworthy company and Adams falls way short. Even my follow up correspondence went unacknowledged.

We have used a major name brand before and sorely disappointed. The Adams Pest control will have my business from now on!”

We had a small rodent issue start in our barn. Not wanting it to get bad time was an issue. Adams had the same urgency we did. They implemented several things, for a very reasonable price, and knocked out the issue. Very professional. I would've felt comfortable with my wife being there if I couldn't. Starting a maintenance plan with them that's cheaper than who I normally use.
