Found the perfect granite for our home here. Renay F was awesome! Our installers dropped the ball and failed to reserve our selection. Renay went above and beyond to find replacement stone for us. That Girl is Truly a Gem!
I highly recommend Triton Stone. They have a huge selection in all price ranges and a very friendly, helpful staff. I’ve been in several times to look before making selections - they’ve even moved granite slabs around for me so I could look at all the slab styles I was interested in. They truly went above and beyond. And every time I’ve gone in they have new slabs to see. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Unhelpful and downright rude staff. Went into the garage that was open then were griped at and told we needed to check in up front. Went up front and were treated like idiots for coming inside and she acted like there was no check in process or "safety measures" to learn. Had 0 help in looking, then were told that nobody could even give pricing for what we liked so we were basically SOL. We left with a card to call someone to beg for pricing. My husband is a designer for a large corporation and someone that it's a good idea to give good service to. We definitely know where not to go in the future.

Diana Pratt-Ripley was wonderful to work with. She was very helpful with her expertise on picking out the different types of countertops, backsplash, & lighting fixtures we needed for our house remodel. Everything came together perfectly! Her communication and promptness was excellent! Highly recommend Diana for your housing needs and she is even an interior decorator!

Building a house can be a stressful experience with all the decisions to make, but Diana with Triton has made the process so much easier. Diana's knowledge of style and products is very impressive! She has been so patient as we vacillated from one product to another with countertop, backsplash and shower tile, and faucets. I never felt pressured to buy a certain product; she sincerely just wants the customer to be happy.

Great selection and easy to navigate. Diana went above and beyond to help in design decisions. She considered all our wants and budget when helping us find a countertop that we felt confident in. I highly recommend Triton and specifically help from Diana to anyone building or remodeling.

Very disappointed with our experience. The stone selection is very dated and apparently some are not even fit to be fabricated. We finally picked out a stone only to find out both pieces were cracked all over after purchasing. Management stated we could come pick another stone and that they would honor the previous stone's price. Of course that was a lie. Completely wasted our time and threw our renovation way off schedule. Not to mention the front desk attendant and several other employees weren't wearing masks -- Ironic as there's a sign on the front door stating "must wear mask". Feel played all the way around. Never again. Go to Pacific Shores.

I had a wonderful experience with Diana Pratt-Ripley.
I walked in with a vision and design and she listened to the things I was looking hit and walked me through the showroom and immediately found me the stone I was hoping for!! She has great advice and interior design knowledge of colors and her assistance found me putting in the countertops and backsplash to fall in love with. She also found me a great installer and the price total was 1/2 of what the box stores charge!! I highly recommend her and Triton Stone!!

We had an amazing experience with Diana Pratt-Ripley, who guided us through the selection of granite and tiles that we needed for our kitchen and bathroom project. She also gave great advice on design, which was incredibly helpful. We are grateful we went to Triton!

The staff at Triton went above and beyond to help me select a Quartzite for my home. I was impressed with product knowledge, as well as selection. Not only do they have a browsable slab yard, they also offer tile, plumbing, and sink selections. If you are in the Little Rock area, I highly recommend visiting Dylan, Josh, and Jana at Triton if you are building or remodeling.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We came in looking for two slabs of granite. The kind we were looking for were all on reserve so Josh took us to his office to look at pictures of ones they had at other stores. We found some that looked good and he said he’d have them shipped over so we could look at them in person. He explained it would take about a week to get there.
A week goes by and we called them to see if they arrived yet. They said no and weren’t sure when they were coming in. Two more weeks go by and our contractor calls them to see what the hold up is. Josh blatantly lied and told him the hold up is that we haven’t picked out slabs yet and they were waiting on us.
A week later our contractor calls again and they said they got more slabs in. We go up the next day to look at them and Josh said he sent all of the new slabs to different stores since we hadn’t put any on hold. We had been waiting several weeks for the ones he claimed he ordered from a different store for us to look at. Josh was awful to work with, and preferred to hang out with his buddies in his office rather than helping customers. We took our business to a different company that treats us like they value our business.
I had family also looking to buy several slabs that will now be going elsewhere.
