We chose Complete Security to replace the alarm in the home we just purchased. I chose them based on recommendations from friends and family. The installation tech was in time and courteous. He was very mindful of personal space in regards to the coronavirus. After the install he took plenty of time to show me how to operate the system and answer any questions I had. He was very kind to me and my children and I look forward to having this company providing my security. **updated 1/20/23. Complete Security has consistently exceeded my expectations. They made my recent move to a new home hassle free when it came to moving my system. The technician was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He left a very clean work area behind. I will continue to recommend them to anyone interested in home security.
