While I realize my input contradicts the thousands of other reviews posted on Google, we cannot recommend Bud Anderson Home Services for plumbing services. While those representing the company were friendly and professional, our plumbing issue was improperly diagnosed, unresolved and poorly managed. Our experience included the following issues: — The contractor quoted us for installation of a clean out that was already present. — The clean out cap was broken on the house and raw sewage was dumping into the yard. — We were charged at rates 30 to 50 percent higher than that of competing companies in town. — They were unsuccessful in clearing a line that was quickly cleaned by a competing plumber. — They lacked timely and thorough communication related to written quotes and in response to our concerns related to services rendered. Had we not done our due diligence in requesting quotes for the proposed service, we would likely be out thousands of dollars. We don’t deal with plumbing issues regularly, but expect that a company that touts trustworthy service, honest pricing and quality work, will indeed deliver on those aspects. Instead we paid twice for work that should have been completed correctly the first time. We felt oversold and undervalued. We would caution any customer from calling Bud Anderson Home Services for a plumbing concern. We cannot recommend this company.

He showed me exactly what was going on during my inspection and was very informative about what he felt needed to be done to improve the quality and longevity of my plumbing. He answered all my questions and showed me what I could do moving forward with my electrical and made sure everything was safe for me and my family.
