We started using West for our personal lawn years ago. We then began using them for our business this year. When our lawn care guy saw the difference West’s interventions made in our business’s lawn, he began recommending them to the rest of his clients. I’ve seen the results of West’s competition and they just don’t match what West can do. Very highly recommended.
Absolutely terrible customer service and communication, every step of the way.
When we bought our house it was still under contract with West. They sent letters asking us to schedule an inspection, so I did.
Call 1 - She said specifically that we had a note that our crawlspace was small, so she'd have to schedule the "little guy." We made an appointment.
Visit 1 - The employee came out and said he was too big for our crawl space. We needed the little guy, so someone would call to reschedule. No one called.
Call 2 - I called to reschedule and reaffirmed that we needed the little guy.
Visit 2 - A different, smaller employee came out. My husband was home and showed him to the crawl space. An hour goes by and my husband checks to see how it's going. The guy's gone. No mention of the results, no form, no paperwork, not even a "Have a nice day." He just left.
Call 3 - I called to ask how we get our results. She said we should get them any day now.
Call 4 - Called again to ask how we get our results. She said we should get them any day now.
Call 5 - Called again to ask how we get our results. She said we'd be getting our results by email. I told her that no one ever asked for our email. Turns out they were sending them to the previous owners' email. I updated our email address with them.
Call 6 - Since we finally got our results, I called to cancel our policy. I explained the above and she apologized and said the manager would call me. The manager never called me.
Aaaaand I just got a text asking me when they should schedule their inspection because apparently I was still paying for the termite policy, which I had been assured was cancelled.
Please save yourself the trouble and call anyone else.

Hired this company in October, because I was finding underground tunneling in my front and back yard. I informed the technician that whatever it was came above ground and was chased and then jumping at my dog. Was told by technician he would treat for both moles and voles. After the treatment I was still finding tunneling tearing up my lawn. Called them back and was told no problem they would come back as many times as it took. But each time the technician came back, he was treating for moles. But I figured he was the professional and knew what he was treating for. I had to call 2 more times. The last time I called, I was told because they were probably voles/mice that they could treat again but it would cost me another $400 + for a NEW treatment. Now the technician is saying I TOLD him they moles. I KNOW what I told him and he made the decision to treat the wrong critters. So now I'm out $432 with a wrecked lawn. If I could do it again, I most definitely would not use this company. Nor will I ever recommend to anyone who asks. Now I will spend more money and try to trap them myself.

They solved a mole problem we had in 2022 and a carpenter bee issue in 2023. I have sign up for their anual service plan and have been satisfied with the results. I included good value because any time I have paid for a service they they delivered the soultion needed.
In addition, I had a problem with some deck boards and joists and was concerned it might have been termites. They came inspected the deck,and told me that it was dry rot so an additional treatment was not needed. I feel like they are very honest.

While prices are comparable with others, their service is always prompt and comprehensive. They respond quickly and usually one call is all it takes to eliminate the problem.
They are also very honest; I have received many refunds after over paying them.

We've had them as termite insurance for a long time - since they bought out our old company. Yeah, we've been around that long. Since, we have added their pest control and, just this month, their lawn program. We have always had good service and responsive! You talk to a person when you call. People are polite and professional. They just switched to a new billing/online system and I know that is hard :-). So we've had a couple bumps with billing and such, but one phone call and they figure it out and fix it!

They were wonderful. Until they tried to charge me for a visit that did not happen.
Got a bill in the mail and was perplexed bc we didn't set up an appointment. Called and they argued that the GPS on their truck was clocked at our house for 20 mins. Checked the cameras and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...on multiple cameras with multiple angles. So, they said they could send him out again "free of charge."
Seriously?! Absolutely flabbergasted. Watch your paperwork and your cameras or they might try to scam you too!
