From start to finish, their communication was clear, precise and timely, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The quality of their work is outstanding—we're extremely happy with the access control system they installed. It's clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the final product. Was pretty satisfied with service initially but thought to write review about one of the Custom Electronics Sr. Manager "Saul". If he had an opportunity he would charge your credit card $150 to reply on email or phone. I updated my router and ended up losing connection from my app to receiver. Since I didn't buy $700 receiver for $1200 from them, so he declined to help with minor app setup support on phone. Me : Can you please suggest or help me with the setup over phone or can quickly stop by if you in the area? Saul's Reply : Sure I can get you service scheduled Me: how much it would cost me for 5 min support? Saul : $150 In Short please be careful getting a quote or working with HIM. After paying $600 for 2 small speakers and installation didn't expect this kind of response for a very minor support.

It was great working with custom electronics for all whole house music system. Kate, our salesperson, is awesome—she really took the time to explain everything and gave us a clear, reasonable quote. Dante and Zeke, our the technicians, are absolutely star. They did a great job with the electrical work and nailed the music system setup while making sure I understand as they were working on it. They even went the extra mile and fixed our wall-mounted TV, which had been installed at a weird angle by another company. We’re super happy with the results and definitely recommend Custom Electronic to anyone needing top-quality work!

We cant say anything but very positive things about Custom Electronics. We have been a customer for over 5 years. This week we had Max, Kate ans Justo on site for a Control 4 upgrade. They are a top notch crew. Extremely courteous, professional and very dilligent about every aspect of our system. They all so installed a Starlink for internet access and it all went smoothly. Excellent service, I highly reccomend.

The home we purchased had an already built in sound system installed by Custom Electronics. When we couldn’t figure out how to work or test it, Ronnie was fantastic coming out and helping us to problem shoot! We then decided we wanted to move the equipment closet and they came back (Donte and Axel) and quickly moved it, hooked us back up and we were ready to go. They are SUPER friendly, always willing to support their customers, and I highly recommend them!
