We recently had our master bath converted from a tub shower combo to a large shower. We also had our second bathroom tub completely redone. Our installer Marvin was great. He arrived when he said he would and was very respectful of our house. Marvin did a wonderful job. We love our master shower. We selected the smooth white shower with glass doors and opted for a fold down seat. Absolutely love how both bathrooms turned out.
We had a walk-in shower installed. We love it! It is easy to enter/exit and cleaning is a snap!!

We are very pleased with the workers. They listened to what we wanted and made helpful suggestions and alternatives when needed. They worked consistently taking very few breaks. They have returned each time we needed something changed or added.
We are also pleased with the product. It works beautifully. We changed to a walk in shower to make things safer for us as we are aging. I'm so happy with everything BATH Fitters did for us.

When we decided it was time to replace our old fiberglass walk-in shower I began reading reviews on four companies that serve south Arkansas. None were unscathed by some negative reviews but that is not unusual when talking about custom construction projects. Sometimes things just go wrong. We only contacted two companies for the in-home consultation and even though Bath Fitter of North Little Rock was somewhat higher, we went with them. Their materials and methods just impressed us. The seamless wraparound walls eliminated two full height caulk lines at the inner corners. The shower floor was solid acrylic with reinforcing ribs that rest directly on a new subfloor for strength and no flexing. Instead of adding 2x4 cross members only at certain points they completely sheath the inner walls with plywood, then apply strips of industrial grade adhesive very close together and skillfully bond the acrylic walls to that during the final steps. We thought these features were worth it and we have not been disappointed. Installation was completed in one long day, less the doors which were installed in just a couple of hours the following week. Everyone was professional and punctual. I hope everyone's experience is as good as ours.

TWICE now since I’ve had the shower installed the caulking has peeled and separated. I’ve followed all the maintenance and care guidelines and never use abrasive cleaners. It has to be poor quality caulk. This is very frustrating considering that the shower isn’t even fully paid for yet!!

After 4 days, I still have no shower door or glass. Was told someone would be here by 8 this morning to finish up, but it is 9 and no one is here!! No call back from the sales manager either. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone! Update: Phil showed up around 9:25. Told him I wasn’t a happy camper. He had not been told a time to be here! Bad internal communications obviously. He even noticed that the faucets on the tub are not tightened at all. Still no call back from Chuck from my call on Monday afternoon or from this morning. Bad customer service to not call back!

This company has been so professional and pleasant to deal with. Each person we've encountered has been efficient and friendly. Grant was our installer and I cannot say enough about what an amazing job he did. We replaced two showers and we love both of them. We needed a small service call and Joe came out to handle it. We had company sleeping and Joe was so quiet and thoughtful. We're very happy with our choice to use Bath Fitter.

I am very happy with everything. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. I love my new shower. Tommy came out and was able to get me a deal that I could live with. They worked with my schedule and was on time and respectful. I recommend using them to anyone who is looking to upgrade their shower.

Tommy Rector was here when he said he would be. He laid out exactly how Bath Fitters would remove my one piece tub shower and put in the new shower. Marvin was here on time and did the job in about 8 hours. One man in one day. I love my new shower!

We recently had our bathtub and enclosure transformed by Bath Fitters. The process was very well explained to us prior to the work beginning. Robert was the person who performed the transformation. He was polite, professional, and a very hard worker. If anyone is planning to renovate a bathroom, we highly recommend Bath Fitters.

We did a tub to shower conversion. The shower is very nice and we like it.
But, the shower pan is too shallow. We bought the low threshold shower so the step into the shower would be lower. But in doing so, the shower pan is only an inch deep on the sides around the shower. I am mopping up water every time we shower even though we try to be careful. The sales rep and the installer were very professional and competent. The install only took a bit over 8 hours.

Loved the experience. Everyone from the sales rep to the installer was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. We did a tub to shower conversion and we love the final product. Would recommend to everyone. I had seen a few bad reviews, on the company, and was a little nervous but we couldn’t be happier with our experience with the Little Rock office. We will definitely use them again if we decide to do another bath.

Bath Fitter of North Little Rock. The product is great, I love it. The process was a little extended and I'm not completely satisfied that they fulfilled what we were led to believe in the sales pitch. The salesman had recently transferred from NC location so maybe they do customer service differently out there. Joyce at the office is very friendly and helpful with scheduling and returning calls. The problem is we told the salesman our drain was slow, that a home inspector had told us it may be improper venting in the attic, but we weren't sure. He said they want customers to be happy with the shower and able to use it so they'll fix the vent (which they did), roto rooter (which I'm being told now they don't do), nothing extreme but make sure it drains. The drain improved at first because it was leaking out into our house. Once they fixed the drain, it was as slow as before. Washed the dogs last night, took a good half hour to drain that small amount of water and dog hairs and soap dried all along the bottom since you can't rinse it out because it drains too slow. 2 uses since leak was fixed and it has ring of scum because it won't drain. The branch manager tells me that's not part of the area they deal with, only the drain itself. They sprayed mildew/mold inhibitor, it's only been a few days since but so far seems good. I can only give 1 star because of the lack of response to this problem. If they'd sent a rooter and it was still slow that would be a different story.
