Denise is AMAZING!! She truly made my day. We were working on a home project and discovered we didn't have enough stone corners for our columns. My husband called and spoke with a super rude lady (by his definition) who first told him she couldn't look something up by the item number and then said they don't keep any of the stone in stock and it would take 3-4 weeks to get it. This was literally the last thing we needed to finish our project. So I went the next day after my husband's conversation to order it. I dealt with Denise (who I have dealt with previously on something else and she was super helpful). She actually looked the item up in the inventory and they had 4 boxes of EXACTLY what I needed (I only needed 3 boxes). So I was able to take them that day instead of waiting for 3-4 weeks and my project can get completed sooner. So my advice if you call them is first ask for Denise or Christy and they will actually check the inventory. Also, I've seen a lot of reviews where the response from Acme is to email Chad Bowie. I emailed Chad Bowie in the past a couple of times and never got a response. The issue is resolved now, but he is not responsive at all. Denise and Christy are AWESOME though!!
The three front desk ladies are excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly! They were accommodating in finding the right color brick quickly!

My wife and I went to this location to pick out a red brick and stone veneer for our home. We chose a brick that was advertised outside the store as well as inside the store and matched it to a stone we liked. We spent about an hour by ourselves looking through their showroom. After making our decisions and leaving, our contractor found out the brick is discontinued. In addition, we called Dylan Wood at Acme and left voicemails on two different days and never received a return phone call. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Christy Piechocki has been absolutely great to work with. From helping me pick out the right color brick, writing me a quote, giving me estimates on deliver times, and answering all my questions. I look forward to working with her again.

Tere Burks was very helpful with my tile purchases I was pleased with their showroom and the inventory they had displayed. I will definitely purchase supplies for my next project from Acme brick and stone.

I’ve ordered tile with ACME in the past with no issues, but my most recent order seemed to be a challenge. I ordered my tile in mid January, and it was only supposed to take two weeks to come in. Fast forward to early March, and they finally got the tile in. In the meantime, I had followed up a handful of times, and Mrs. Tere did a great job of digging in to find where the issues were. Ultimately, it had something to do with the shipping and the tiles finally made it to the store. Unfortunately, there were several tiles broken in the process. But ACME made it right! I would 100% buy more tile from them again and I will continue to refer them to my friends. Thanks for all your help Mrs. Tere!!

Back in August I purchased some FAUX stone for my fireplace renovation. I selected my stone from the Acme's floorroom sample "Veneerstone's Mineral County". Placed my order and received my stone about 4 weeks later. When we opened the boxes, NOT the color comb from the sample, but much lighter. After my discussion with Ray Wright, she stated no guarantee on the color when you order and no returns. My response was " poor advertisement and who should I speak with, Chad Bowie " she stated. So I sent an email to Ray and Chad with my pictues and concern, NO reply. Left daily voice message with Chad's cell #, no response. We are now one week later and still no responses. Very, Very, poor customer service. I still have not received a response.
Chad Bowie , the store manager, finally contacted me the same day I posted this google review. We dicussed my issue and Chad sent a stone stainer to correct my stones free to charge. I am pleased with the enhancment but it took many phone calls to make this happen.
