Why do you think there are so many crooked contractors in Arkansas ? It's because of these people. I waited 3 years to even get a decision . They said take it to civil court.They are no better than the creeps they license. Do yourself a favor. Hire a lawyer or take matters in your own hand.if you have trouble with a contractor , don't think these people will even help.
The 2 ladies we spoke to were amazing. We got in and out in no time.

Not really sure why there are negative reviews here. Every single time I have called, doesn't matter who answers my call, they have been extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping me with my license!

The office is very efficient and helpful when trying to apply for the contractor license. I applied for a commercial license for roofing and they were very informative and communicative the entire time to make sure I had everything I needed. Shelly Gross over there got in touch with me when I was missing paperwork so it wouldn’t delay the issuing of the license. Also, I had made a mistake on my first residential license which made it look like I was trying to mislead them, but they were understanding that it was a mistake and did not try to delay or hold back issuing the license. I’ve worked in other states and dealt with other contractor boards and they are WAY more efficient than other places around the US.
