I could not have been more eager to have cancelled my services with Adam’s. I wish I could rate 0/5. Not only did they constantly want money from us, but we never stopped having pests. They would just show up at our house without notice, and of course no one was home. This is the worst experience that we have ever had with a company. And based on comments others have made to me, we are not the only ones. I have had several Facebook comments on one of my posts proving others had similar experiences. Do better, Adam’s pest control. Side note: there is a woman named Zoey (I think) that answers phone that is very kind.

Samuel Grabb is the best. His customer service is top notch. As a realtor, I appreciate another business that can respond in a timely manner. He communicates well, responds quickly, and explains the details so you can understand. I will certainly recommend Adams because of my interactions with him.

I was hounded via mail, email, and a phone call to renew my termite policy. On the phone call, I told the representative that I am not renewing. I received a BILL via email this morning, NOT a NOTICE. They are absolute hounds!

Absolutely and utterly terrible. Three years in a row I have been billed $160 for services never done. I've had to call every year at this time because their technician claims to have completed our annual Termite inspection yet I keep that area locked up due to having to walk through my tool room to get under the house. I nor my wife has been home at any of these alleged inspection times therefor no possible way they could have completed the inspection yet they serviced out the ticket without my signature and billed me each time. Canceling services immediately.

I've been using this service for 4 years. I am always here to see the inspection. I've just gotten an invoice that service was completed yesterday(without an appointment) and they want payment. I called and she said no one came to my house, but I will be billed because they only do courtesy inspections. Seems like it's their job to inspect everyone's home for prevention purposes. She answered my original post saying she was the owner not the office personnel. I am waiting to receive a copy of the contract I never received previously.

Adams performed a one-time termite treatment following the purchase of our property, as required by the mortgage company. They were fine. Later that year, Adams began sending invoices with an amount payable. Customer service informed me, "If you want to continue services, you can just pay the bill." Hmm. I asked them to stop sending these "offers," and mentioned that if an amount wasn't really due, it was disingenuous to present additional services as such. I continued to receive these "bills" monthly over the next eight months. After calling again to find out what was up, I was told they had made a note to stop service, but had not zeroed out my account, so I was still getting invoices reflecting a debt. Apparently, whenever they need business they can simply add a balance to your account and ask for the money? That's a new marketing method.
