Anyone doing remodeling, I highly recommend these guys. They did an amazing job, along with a very friendly crew. They had these countertops installed and marvelous in no time at all!!! And all for great prices to!!!!

DO NOT USE COUNTERTOP STORE!!
I am sad to make a review in such a negative manner re: my experience.
It was a 3 1/2 month waste of my time & beyond frustrating … all for only a 3’ x 5’ table top. Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced (except for Lesleigh, who was new) & even the owner would not honor the offer that was made by his employee (will refrain from mentioning his name). There were so many things that transpired over this time period to even mention. But I never received what I was promised (on several occasions) & not treated with respect or fairly, in the slightest.

Originally went in thinking I wanted quartz, and got steered another direction.. honestly, i couldn’t be MORE HAPPY with the end result. What a gorgeous addition to my new salon space. They worked so quickly. I had time constraints and the countertop store and their staff delivered. Excited to continue to add to my space with more beautiful countertops from the only place I trust in central Arkansas!

NIGHTMARE - A blueprint was provided for the shape of the bar and it was cut wrong (luckily the slab was still to big) then I had to endure the owner screaming at me it was good enough. I insisted it be made to print so he finally reworked it and it turned out good. 3 of the countertops were cut out of square so they had to be taken back to the shop to be reworked, the tops that were to small had to be replaced. He has an impressive computerized CNC machine to machine edge profiles however it put chatter marks and flat spots in the edge which looked terrible. To correct this my countertop edges were reworked by hand to smooth it all out (only because I insisted )
The installers are subcontractors not employees and they had to work hard to make this mess work out. Three different trips to my home to attempt the install. Rodney also quoted they would start on fabrication three weeks after authorization it was 3 MONTHS before the install was completed!!!

What a professional outfit! From start to finish, extremely happy that we chose the Countertop Store for our tiny-house.
They worked with us to optimize design of our countertop (material, layout in small space, and finishing details), came out to measure to ensure exact right fit, and installed when they said. They ran in to some challenges due to bow in the wall (my fault), and they didn't skip a beat. Also had a matching threshold for the shower cut, and both look amazing!
Would absolutely use for a big job as their prices were competitive but they were much more professional than other companies. I understand they also have the equipment and capability to do the super-high end material (dekton and ceramic), something you won't find many people able to do in Little Rock.
