Kudos to Nick G and his team at Basey’s roofing. After the recent storms on 5/26, we had a huge walnut fall on our roof and deck! When others couldn’t, Nick sent his crew out and got us secured and tarped before the next big rain, mitigating even more damage! Prompt, professional and honest. Excellent communication throughout. What a great group of pros stepping up to help the community in NWA. .

I had to have Basey out to my place so I could show him the mess my last contractor left me with when he promised it was fixed and it wasn’t (in addition to the fact that the previous attempt at stopping the massive leaks only made a bad situation worse). I’m due to open my AirBnB in just a few days and the leak was over the main entrance drenching anyone who happened to be trying to get into the house. So I needed the mess cleaned up and repairs done BEFORE I went live with the AirBnB. Despite being booked a ways out, Nick G found one of his guys that he could spare for a few hours. He got it all fixed and cleaned up in one day! It’s now pouring out but my front porch is nice and dry! Thank you, Thank you, thank you!

We requested they look at our roof in Pea Ridge. We suspected hail damage. They came out and looked it over. They found no hail damage and fixed a couple of nails that had popped up. Gave an estimate of roofs life and that it didn’t need replaced. They didn’t charge us a thing!! Absolutely the best customer service!! I will recommend Basey’s to everyone.

I 100% absolutely recommend Basey Roofing. They are wonderful to work with. They were recommended to me by my State Farm Agent who had nothing but praise about their quality of work when we were doing a roof claim on my house. We had them come out after all the crazy storms hit and we noticed our roof tiles were off the roof. Basey came to our home, and assessed the damage and were quick to get it fixed for us. They also have come back since and helped with roof tiles that have come up with all the weather we have gotten lately. I highly recommend Nick and all the guys with the company. They are easy to work with and offer great prices. I am so thankful they are here and look forward to working with them more in the future.

We had a substantial amount of damage from the hail event on Feb 15. We reached out to 3 roofing companies for bids. Two came (one claimed they don't do bids...they work directly with your insurance- HUGE red flag!). Nick from Basey's came out, inspected our exterior, got on the roof, took measurements, verified what needed to done and walked us through the details. He came up with a clear and comprehensive bid to complete all the work including scheduling the company to replace our gutters and downspouts which were also damaged. He was awesome to work with and oversaw the job and came out after it was complete to verify we are happy and to get photos. We'll definitely use Basey's again without hesitation!
