Mason Heat & Air are wonderful! They had my AC fixed within a few hours of calling. Very fast and efficient. I will be using them for any future HVAC issues.
This is the second time that we have used Mason Heat & Air. Both times we were pleased with how prompt they had someone calling and coming out. We appreciated the prompt response and the upfront warning of the extra cost that comes with coming out on the weekend. We unfortunately had issues both times on the weekend, but we were informed of the extra rate ahead of time. Chris was our tech that came out this time and he was very polite and informative. Chris made sure we were okay with anything that he was doing even if it was required to do his job he still checked with us. 5/5 recommend Mason Heat & Air and if you are in the Searcy/Judsonia area ask for Chris we give him a 5/5 recommendation as well! Thanks again!

After another company told me the capacitor and compressor were bad and wanted over $4000 to repair. Mason came over and fixed capacitor for less than $200. Great work and all while I was away. I’m sold Job well done.

I bought my unit from them over 15 years ago. I have them do a yearly prevention maintenance on it and they have always been professional, courteous, and always does a thorough job, and I definitely buy my next unit from them.

Mason heat & air have been wonderful. They are on time with their appointments. Keep me updated on how things are going and are fast and efficient. I love the program setup they have. They call me for my biannual maintenance. Worry free! Love it! I would recommend you give them a try!

Mason Heat and Air has been awesome. They are honest and trustworthy. They installed my mini splits and they service them twice a year. They always show up when they say they will and they are so nice and friendly. Very customer service oriented.

Quick to respond same day, identified issue within 10 minutes, tech had part on hand and installed without delay. All done within an hour. Kyle was professional, respected my home and communicated clearly. Great work, money well spent. Thank you Kyle and thank you Mason Heat and Air.

I have used Mason Heat and Air for years. When called, they schedule you quickly and are always willing to work around your schedule. The owners of this business are honest people and their work is impeccable! I recommend using them 100% for any of your heat and air needs.
