If you EVER have to use Clairday electric out of Searcy DON’T! They will quote you a price and get mad when you confront them when they charge more than they quoted you They said, “find someone else in Pangburn to do your work in the future. We can’t tell you what we’re going to charge for labor over the phone. I guess I’m just going to have to pay my men for driving out to your house that is 20 miles from Searcy!” I live 13 exact miles from their business.
I was quoted $105 per hour plus mileage. They didn’t tell me how many hours they would be there and that was fine! I thought he said $109 which I was fine with. Nothing else was discussed. I realize they have to charge for materials. And I have no problem paying them for the time that they were there. They were there for two hours. And I was charged $367.50 JUST for labor.
I was told they also charge per port. This was not discussed when I called. I guess I’m suppose to read their minds on what they’re going to charge me. I asked for them to specify what the charges were for future customers when they call for an inquiry and he said they don’t do that.
Not a friendly business to do business with.
Amazing service, had a blown garage, they were able to help and diagnose the issue. Everything back working, would recommend you give them a call for any electrical issues.

Hiring this company worse mistake this year. After a poor job of setting a meter loop pole at Dam Site Road in Judsonia I'm still waiting on electricity. Entergy will not put power to the pole until it is fixed. Since first of June keep saying but not doing. Do not trust this company. Will not be fooled again. Sorry excuse of professionals. James is my brother and he had the work done not me. I just reviewed your company Mr. Clairday, bunch of clowns. ??

Excellent professional work from a great team of talented electricians. They made an underground install of a complete panel and connections for an outdoor shop. Electrician Scott and two young journeymen worked quickly and on-time. I highly recommend Mark and the entire Clairday team! Yes -- five stars!

Great customer service !! I needed some down lights installed so i gave the guys at Clairday Electric a call and they showed up the next day. These guys are fast they had 12 exterior down lights, new breaker, interior switch and clean up done in record time. Thanks Scott and Cole !!!
