I cannot say enough good things about Steve at RAN Inspections. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and needed a someone knowledgeable to do my inspection. Steve is just that and more! He went above and beyond at making sure I knew exactly what to look for as a new home buyer and his inspection was very thorough. He truly cares about his customers, is so friendly, and I could not have asked for a better experience! If you need a top notch inspection, call Steve!
Steve was absolutely phenomenal and went above and beyond in every way!! He was extremely thorough and meticulous in the home and passionate about educating us as first-time home buyers. Leaving our inspection, I felt completely relieved and empowered knowing we were in the best hands possible. I will hire him again for any and all future home inspections! He spent hours with me on the phone answering every question I had before and after his services. We are so pleased and have peace of mind knowing we know what we are getting ourselves into so we are able to make an informed decision about the biggest purchase we will ever make. I also learned that while there roughly 475 home inspectors in Arkansas, there are only 13 certified master inspectors, and Steve is one of them. Thank you, Steve!!! As an out of state investor it was paramount to have a home inspector that had attention to detail. Steve takes no prisoners when it comes to his honest and thorough work while doing inspections. There are a lot of inspectors who don't seem to have your best interest in mind and are just going through the motions. Steve presented all the issues and personal experience on what to look out for in the future with our properties. He provided detailed reports and was available to take a call on a moments notice. I wish Ran Inspections were available in the Memphis market as well. Do not hesitate to put your trust in them!

My husband and I are in the process of buying our first home— an experience that can be stressful and confusing and anxiety-inducing! Steve went above and beyond for us every step of the way. From the very first phone call, I knew we’d made the best choice in hiring him to help us make an informed decision. I've been a Real Estate Broker for over 33 years and have been invloved in hundreds of inspections. However, I hired RAN and Steve Helton for my own purchase in a different state. Having someone you can trust and that has your back as an investor is priceless, when it is 2,000 miles away, its Crucial! I was incredibly lucky to have been referred to Steve. Not only is Steve Very knowledgeable and competant. But he truly loves what he does AND he cares about his cliets needs first and foremost. I could'nt say more about RAN and Steve, except... Steve was available anytime day or night that I needed him. When we met at the home he encouraged me to ask questions and after he finished, he went above and beyond in assisting me. Steve fully explained to me what he had found and even explained to me how to rectify some of the findings. He is straight shooter with an excellent work ethic. He was well mannered and well educated. You can’t ask for more than that. Ran was also the best price around. Highly recommend!

My husband and I are first time home buyers, and we had no clue what we needed with an inspection. I called Steve, and he was able to get us in for a few days later. He was responsive, informative, and so helpful. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for an inspection. I feel like he went above and beyond, and we appreciated it so much. Steve did my home inspection and he was very thorough and so easy to follow and get along with. He did a walk through after the inspection was over, we went into every room and he showed us what he found and I really appreciate that. Very honest guy, wonderful company. He was very easy to get in contact with, and I had my report emailed within the hour after he completed the inspection. I would recommend to every one that I know, that's looking to get a home inspection to buy a house to choose RAN. Thank you so much Steve you did great on the inspection!
