After working with another company, and given appointments of more than a month a way. I called A-Tech, had an appointment the next day, the issue was fixed a week later, right after the part that needed to be special ordered arrived. I will for sure work with this company for all of my appliance needs.

Had an issue with a new oven door under warranty and after going back and forth with the company they finally send A-tech to fix it. They call me pretty fast and set an appointment. James came and assessed thenproblem quickly letting me know he need to order the part and it would be shipped to me and that he will come back once I got it. When I got the part, I call dispatch again and James.was back that same day to fix the issue. I can know enjoy my new oven. Great experience overall with this company.

Unfortunately the technician did not share a quote before doing the repair. Once it was time to pay, the repair was roughly 1.5x more expensive than the standard rates when googling. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable, however the repair took 1/2 hour (from entry to departure from our home) and the labor fee was over $250

Fortunately no new parts were required and the fix was promptly completed. The price was more than fair. I have dealt with A-Tech Appliance on a few occasions now and I would never recommend them to anyone. They came out to fix our washing machine on at least 3 different occasions including replacing half of the parts. A few months later and our washing machine completely stops working and when we called to have A-Tech come out again they said that they were refusing to work with us. So I had another company come check it out. Turns out A-Tech installed it poorly, didn't screw everything in, and had the capacitor just dangling by the wires which broke (PICTURE ATTACHED). Tried to talk to Aaron again about it and he took no responsibility claiming the second technician that came out was a competitor and just trying to make them look bad. Long story short - They did a poor job repairing our washing machine, and the manager Aaron was rude and condescending. I assume A-Tech will try to dispute what I am claiming, but that's exactly why I wouldn't use them. They can't take ownership for their own mistakes. *Update: After reading the response from A-tech, it is not what happened. Language was never used towards your staff and Aaron was extremely condescending to my wife and was not willing to work with the scheduling mess up. They also sent out John (their tech) who replaced this part. We had another company come out to fix our washing machine and I never mentioned that A-tech worked on it and stated that it was done incorrectly and the cords were clipped. Aaron stated that "they are competitor and that they are always going to talk us down." To me it sounds like A-tech does not like to have accountability as a company and sounds like it's not a "cornerstone" of their business to have accountability. Once again, would not recommend as they are not professional and have been very condescending during our time working together. We recommend using Gliedt Appliance Service, great people and great customer service!! Also great pricing!!
