I was hiring redline construction to clean up Some land of ours. Roughly 3 acres. Was on a text/email basis with Jacob on the project. Mind you, I was on a time crunch with the city of Springdale to clean this land up without being fined. Jacob told me it would roughly be 60 days before they could start the project. Getting close to that mark I tried reaching out multiple times via email and text without any response at all. Literally no response. I was summoned to court because the land had not been cleaned up yet and was fined $500 from the city of Springdale.
The funny thing is the city of Springdale is who recommended me to redline construction.
Now, I have hired their competition to clean up the land and hope everything goes smooth. I’m not a fan of leaving bad reviews. But when it cost me a $500 fine because redline did not show up as they told me they would I thought I would voice my opinion.
Good group. They happened to damage my fence demoing the house next door to me, and without hesitation or pushback they fixed it and made it right.

Tom is straight . I worked with the company a time or 2 and it employs alot of good people.

This company does not have nice people working for them, or own it, they refuse to pay for damages to property that they caused, they said they would pay for it to be fixed, or get it fixed, they never did, they said it was to much of a price to pay our people to do it, that they would take care of it, we waited for 3 weeks, called and asked over and over, with no response, and no work done on our business property. We finally fixed it so no one could get in. We tried to get them to pay, they refuse to pay what needs to be paid, and the owner, partner, other employee, very rude and spoke very rudely to me. Not a good place

I couldn’t be happier with this job. Redline were really responsive, quoted and stuck to a great price for the demolition of a small house on a piece of land we bought. They communicated really well and the final result was perfect.
