I have been waiting for trash to be here and i call and keep calling to almost two weeks now. I call about my trash cus i got file up with trash if i can leave my trash on the road cus i already make payment but here it is east gulley rd. since this card took over our trash we have this kind of problem now wow please need some body with good hearth to help with the trash can so i can put my trash like everybody that live in ave the please can somebody cus i keep calling the customer here on arkansad and no luck at all for two weeks now i thinks its three now almost month of waiting. I mean they told us to put here and its still here, did the customer serverces lied to us or what what happen. As u can see all the trash can here are being taken but not mine wow, I mean they took my payment but they didnt do what they do what they suppose to do.

You can contact the Arkansas Ag very easily. The review dosent like email addresses, but super easy process. These photos are us tired of waiting and having to pay to dispose, but they wont give us our money back! I think its stupid that we are looking to a lawyer about this theft! The president of cards recycling needs to know people are unhappy and feel like their money is being stolen. After speaking with someone there about canceling our account and then reading the responses from the owner. I am confident that we will not get it resolved, but at least the stupid response he gives sounds good. I would call this a case of buyer beware.

This is my first ever negative review. So bare with me. If I could give zero stars I would. Been dealing with issues since January or February when I signed up....cancelled my account and then in March finally had an email from the " manager" see pics. . The lady on the phone told me they will pickup at my driveway. I live down a private road. I specifically asked her if they will be picking up at my driveway and she insisted yes. They dropped the first can then a month goes by and my can still sits full at my driveway. I call and they say that I have to put it at the beginning of the road ( two miles from my house) with the rest of the cans because they won't go down the private road. I told the lady I have a full can with no way of moving it to where the pickup is..that the lady i initially talked to upon sign up confirmed it will be picked up at my house....and asked if they can drop another can to make this one easier to move to the designated spot. Two weeks go by and no can is dropped. I call again and they said they dropped the can at a different address....( Wth?!) So they said they will drop another off at my address. At this point I was trying to just get my first can pickup so I can actually have trash start to get cleaned from my property....they drop the third can ...at the beginning of the road where all the cans are ...when I specifically asked them to drop it at my driveway with the first can so I could empty out the first one halfway to make it manageable to move. I have back injuries and can't lift a heavy can full of trash into my truck. Donna or Dana said in order to drop another can they will need to charge me additional for it. Granted they dropped the first one free, the second one ( i was charged for) they dropped at the wrong place, and the third one was charged to me as well. After all the back and forth I just told them to cancel the service and give me a refund. Almost two months and no trash pickup. Just a bunch of back and forth trying to get a simple can dropped at my address. Finally I'm directed to Bryan who's apparently a manager who was to be taking care of my refund....who I contacted multiple times with no answer. Finally after many emails and waiting several weeks between replies, ( see pictures) I finally get a partial answer from him pretty much just asking me to clarify what I need the refund for. I email him back and never get a reply. So then I call and ask for Brian and every time I call I'm on hold for over 30 minutes....just to be told that he's out of the office, or some excuse. This isn't once but three times. I'm flabbergasted how a manager can manage a company by being away so often. So today I call and finally Tanisha ( I think her name was) FINALLY gets to the bottom of it. And she's the only one who was honest and told me they don't give refunds ever. The only star goes to her. Tanisha, you're the only redeeming factor in this entire fiasco and the only reason I actually signed back up was because of you. I hope you see this review and know you're the only person who even acted like you cared about the situation and I appreciate your speedy response one things. They need more of you. In fact you did more than even your manager Bryan did. When I asked which supervisor she talked to I asked if it was Bryan she said it was a different one. So good job Tanisha. I hope you get a promotion. The amount of time waiting for calls, and the amount of time waiting for an email reply is unacceptable. PTS was the original name for them around here and they went out of business. I guess now I know why. Still waiting for an email from Bryan to reply to my email from April. It's the end of June. Going into July. I am not the only person on my street that has had issues with them. Three other neighbors I talked to has had issues. In fact almost every person on this road has told me that if there was another trash service that served this area they would go to them due to how bad the customer service is. Maybe I should get a dump trailer and start my own business.

The pick-up of our trash has not been interrupted like some others have complained, but when the trash was compacted, the nasty juice ran all over our driveway. This gross and extremely unsanitary stuff doesn't need to get on our tires that we immediately drive into our garage, and our two year old granddaughter doesn't need to be anywhere near it. This is just unacceptable, and we never had this problem with our previous service.

If I could do zero stars I would. Cards bought out Phillip's trash service and since then our trash has not been picked up in three weeks. Of course the animals got into it so we have trash every where. They called and left a message on monday April 15th that trash day changed to friday they showed up tuesday the 16th. And have not been back since it is now May 7th and i have called every week. The guy I talked to about our trash not being picked up said he didn't know and could only put it into the notes which is what the lady did 2 weeks ago. I would love to know how many calls a day the company gets for peoples trash not being picked up. Get it together or stop buying out businesses and increasing the work yall cant even do. Very disappointed. Every good review I've seen has been about the costumer service and how nice they are. Who cares how nice they are on the phone when the problem never gets solved. We are a welding shop and did a job for Cards back in January 2024 and it still has not been paid. Would NOT recommend to anyone!!

I kindly request that you investigate the reasons behind the extended delays and consider crediting our account for the missed pickups in January.
