He was thorough with his inspection and after he was done he stayed to see if we had any further questions which he then explained. Trey came out on very short notice to do an inspection of the interior side of several exterior walls that were suspected to be missing insulation and/or have cold air seepage through ingress points in the exterior. He was able to find the location of several cold pockets behind the walls and cabinets with his thermal imaging camera and identified a likely ingress point of cold air from the outside around an improperly sealed gas line insertion point. Was a quick and informative inspection with less than 1 day notice for which he didn't charge me anything. Great inspector; have hired him previously for a full home inspection during a home purchase and will gladly hire again should the need arise.

It was good to know any potential issues before being surprised by a buyers inspection. Before leaving he opened cabinet doors on sinks to prevent damage to my pipes due to the extreme cold weather.
