Anderson was able to schedule quickly. Timothy was excellent. On time, professional and very helpful with sharing information and recommendations is a way we could understand. He discussed alternatives available to address issues with our 21 year old AC unit not cooling well and did not pressure us to rush into decision nor seem intent on selling us products. Jason came and thoroughly inspected old units etc and made recommendations based upon info he found and again no pressure. We were very, very pleased with all aspects thus far and did decide to replace units. Update 7-12-24. Zach and team did an amazing installation job. Very professional, pleasant and did great job cleaning up old parts etc.

Chris Watson did an excellent and very quick job of assessing the issues and explaining everything. He was early to the appointment and was very easy to talk, knowledgable and kind. He went through the time and trouble to explain in detail all of the options available to fix the issues, along with price points to help make decisions in my price range. He even contacted me again to say there was a promotional company coupon he would apply that would take the price down a little bit more. I am very happy with his assessments and help! Highly recommend!
