Excellent customer service, spoke with Nevette to set up service. She was very helpful and friendly.
Tim arrived on time to give an estimate and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions.
I scheduled to have a treatment done and Tim did an amazing job!

My service is and has always been excellent! From friendly knowledgeable customer service for appointment scheduling to on time knowledgeable service technicians. I’ve been extremely pleased with this company and their service.
I work from home and have a “guard” dog for protection and the service technicians are always respectful of my time and respectful in working with me to relocate my German Shepard so no one gets hurt. I literally can’t say enough good things about this company! I’ve not had any issues with pests once they’ve treated my property and have not had to call them back out to respray in part I feel they listen to the issues your having and know it’s not a one size fits all!

We have used Advance for years, and they always stay true to doing an excellent job! Many years ago, our house was destroyed by a tornado, and when it came time for the new house inspection, they didn’t hesitate in giving us a discount because of our adversity. Thoughtful gestures like that matter. They care!
