Everything, from the moment I walked in the door the first time (just to ask a few questions), was one of the BEST customer service experiences I have ever had! Burton's pricing was competitive and better than all the other quotes I collected. Johnny was my sales person and had answers to all of my questions. I decided on a 24 ft round above ground pool that suited my wants and budget. Bonus points that this is a local, family owned company that sells American-made (in Arkansas, mind you) Doughboy pools. After closing the sale, Johnny quoted me about a week for delivery, which was spot on, amd 2-3 weeks for the builder to come and set me up. The builder was about a week ahead and was here the Monday after my pool was delivered. The crew was polite, professional, and had this thing up in about 6 hours. The last touch-point I had was with a gentleman named Steven. He came by to show me how to work the pump, manage the chemicals, and perform basic maintenance. This was an incredible experience for me. Steven taught me everything I need to know and taught me HOW it all works, so that I would be I formed enough to troubleshoot problems myself. All-in-all, I couldn't be happier with my decision to work with Burton pools on this and would recommend them to anyone looking for a pool.

Miguel and Jesus Manjarrez did a fantastic job on the concrete work on our pool. The brothers are extremely polite, professional, and great at their trade. We had damage after a tornado and the pool was a wreck. The entire Burton Pools team was great to work with, and we are pleased with the results.

We have been blown away, in the best possible way, with our experience with this company. We had quotes from other companies and what sold us with Burton was the salesman, Whitlee that came out to do our free quote. He was down to earth and we could tell he was an honest person working for an amazing company. Our incredible experience continued when the project manager, Josh, came out with the construction crew manager, Ryan. Together we all came together and came up with the best plan and layout for our dream of a simplistic streamlined beautiful pool. Toby, came out and measured for our liner and it’s a perfect fit! His liner crews did an amazing job, as well. Alex, and his crew came out and did the leveling and spreading the topsoil and made it look pristine. We were amazed at the organization and the communication of this company. We’ve been 100% satisfied and we have already recommended them to our friends and family and will continue to do so. My father that’s been in construction and concrete work my whole life was even impressed with this company and all of the crews and that is about as high praise as anyone can get. Burton, thank you so much for making such a beautiful pool and space for our family to enjoy! We love the heart of your company and you have top notch employees and crews! I’ll try to add finished pictures in the future. Thank you, Burton!!

After the storm knocked a tree into our pool tearing the liner. Our pool went from this to this. It’s even more beautiful than we expected. Eliceo and David did an amazing job. They were even able to fix the light that had been out since we bought the home.

We purchased a Grandee spa from JOHNNY HARDCASTLE in the early 2024. Johnny was very pleasant, informative & professional. In May of 2024, the top of my spa was blown off the spa which tore the straps from the cover, damaged the cover itself and bent the lifter cover cradle and attachment parts. I contacted Johnny and informed him of the damage. within the hour I was contacted by a manager (unfortunately I forgot his name) who wanted details about the damage. The manager seemed surprised and stated this is a rare occurrence for this product to be damaged in the way I had explained. To be clear, it wasn't that he didn't believe me, It jus seemed that he was surprised. The manager seemed so surprised that he wanted to get eyes on the spa asap. He asked me if he could send some spa techs to my residence that afternoon. The techs came out within hours and confirmed my statement. The spa techs called the manager on site, and after the spa tech hung-up with the manager, he told me that they are ordering a new WeatherPro Cover and a complete Cover Cradle Cover Lifter free of charge. Unfortunately I do not remember the spa techs names. The manager and the spa techs were pleasant, informative and professional. It is apparent to me that Burton Pool & Spas are not JUST running a sales business, but in fact a family based proper sales experience that has been lost in this country. Thank you

David and Eliceo came out and installed the replacement liner in our pool. They did and excellent job and were great to work with. They had the old liner out and new one in the first day then finished the install on the second day. I would recommend them to everyone who needs their pool liner installed “professionally”.
