Worked many jobs in the pool industry around Northwest Arkansas and never have been treated the way I was treated at this company. The most unprofessional environment, with even worse leadership. Do not recommend using them for any service.

So, called to get quote on pool repair. Tech came out, very professional, spent 10-15 min at house, wk later repair quote was rather high and decided different direction. $150 service bill sent is pretty high to just get quote, but after calling office and hearing "service call is what it is"....will keep business at other pool companies in future.

Those expecting bend over backwards, over the top service for the customer may be initially disappointed. But my family has used this company for the past 3+ years for simple things like chemicals and pool test, to bigger jobs such as new vinyl and parts; and I must say they have always been honest, fair, and provided good work.

If I could give zero stars I could. My mother has a pool that was installed and maintained for years by this company and up until recently had been great. Kevin said he would install a handrail for her so that she would be able to get in and out easier for her physical therapy. However, after asking when it would be installed Kevin said he had to “rent equipment” and if she could find someone else to install it to by all means do so. When she questioned why certain things were serviced a different way, his response was to “fix it yourself if you don’t like how it’s done” unacceptable.

Woman on the phone was very rude and not helpful. She acted like me becoming a new customer was an inconvenience. I was then informed at the end of January they were booked for the entire summer and could not help me. Perhaps, but does not seem likely in January they are too busy to help with a service issue. I have several friends with pools and I will not be giving my recommendation.
