I don't remember how we found New Century but I am so glad we did. After getting terrible customer service in nearly every aspect of our new build (including shipping for counter tops else were) it felt so good to talk with someone who cared about their work. From the sales team in house, to the fabricator who installed the counters, the service was just amazing.

This is the second time we have used New Century and both times we have received excellent service when ordering the granite, the day of templating and on the install day. Seemless process and the prices are right in line with the other bids we received. Highly recommend.

TOP NOTCH! Experience started off with Violet who listened to me and helped me makes choices based on my budget. She never tried to sell me something outside my budget. They have their own in house team that have worked there for years. My installer had worked there 17 years. They don't contract their work out like many counter top places do. My counter tops were installed yesterday and I am just in love with them! I highly recommend this business and would give them 100 stars if it was possible. I can't say enough good things about this company!

Jeff was friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in. Answered all my questions clearly regarding price, quality, value, and application. They are there to help through the whole process, from choosing materials to installation. My countertops are beautiful, even better than I imagined. Service was quick and efficient, communication excellent.
