Edit for reply to Pacific Shore Stones: Thank you for your swift response, although it's becoming increasingly clear that there might be a significant disconnect within your team. Evidently, the information provided to me and my wife during our interaction with Kenny greatly differed from your account. We were explicitly assured that the slabs shown to us were builder grade materials. Given this apparent contradiction, I find it difficult to believe that our experience was simply a misunderstanding and this seemed to have been a bait-and-switch, hence the review. Transparency in business transactions is of utmost importance to me, and I stand by my review as an honest reflection of our experience. Additionally, I kindly request that your team members refrain from engaging with my LinkedIn profile. I believe our communication should remain focused on resolving the matter at hand. Original review: My wife and I drove over an hour, one way, to get here on a Friday evening. This was where our contractor sent us to pick out granite. We told the salesman Kenny that we specifically wanted builder grade slabs to choose from, because this is what we were quoted for. We picked our colors we liked and double checked with Kenny to verify they are builder grade slabs, which he did. Only to find out five days later that the slabs we picked were mid grade, and would cost more than we were quoted. We wasted several hours of our day going here, and several days to find out that they lied about the grade of slabs picked. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Paid $2000+ for a piece of granite that has chipped multiple times by as little as a small cup bumping against it. When we called they kept saying it was the installers problem and the installers were saying it’s a stone quality issue. It makes the most sense to me that the stone is poor quality but this company doesn’t seem to care and will not help us in any way. Don’t buy from them their stones are poor material but they charge as if they are high quality

We have enjoyed our trips to PacShore! The slabs are great to see in person. Far easier than looking at a picture or a small sample. Hattie has been lovely, helpful, and kind. She helped us narrow down our decisions and talked with us about our options for finding particulars that we liked. We've brought our children both times and she has made us feel comfortable and encouraged them getting to watch the guys move the stone around. We highly recommend anyone interested in a bathroom or kitchem remodel looking there first!
