When I politely asked a worker to be careful around a tree we planted that cost a lot of money he was rude and told me he was in right of way and when I questioned if he thought right of way included 30 ft onto my property which he easily was and probably more like 40-50 ft with his tractor he said well probably not but we are leaving now. A polite yes mam to my question would have been professional and no more conversation needed. Company needs to train and informed manners! It’s not really that hard! And leaving a note on the door would be nice too!

Cox contracted Busby to come dig a line into my yard after service installation. My yard was tore up. This was a couple months ago and trying to get someone out to come tidy it up has been pretty difficult. I've been told several times someone would come out to look by a certain date and then no call, no show. I understand that it's been raining but we've had several open spots of clear weather.
