Overall

I was back charged for hitting a gas line. The superintendent on site said that he would take care of any charges from the gas company. Belt back charged me anyway and said they, Jimmy Pope and Shaun Kiser, would give the money back after hearing my above explanation. When the job ended, they kept the money. Do not trust Belt Construction. They were playing me all along.
