Awesome service staff.
Locked key, phone and wallet in skid steer. No key to get in, no wallet. Went in and the service guy listened to my situation and graciously gave me a key. Not many places would do this. I originally bought the unit from Tim Robinson and his team and have been 100% completely satisfied with Empire and their services and machine 236D3. Simply awesome.

Cody was amazing, he called me back after finding more information for me even though they don't service my tractor. Definitely recommend.
